City Union Bank — amount debited from account but not received from atm

Address: kumbakonam, Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu, 612001

I used cub debit card to debit inr: 3000/- from my account in tmb mercantile bank atm, in palani, dindigul district on 29/02/20 around 10:52 pm. A rupees of 3000/- has been claimed but not received from that atm. Amount got debited from my account. Than atm id is: tmb08904. Kindly revert the transaction and credit the deducted amount in my account.

I am an indian bank accout holder today evening 6.30 i went to maduravoyal city union bank atm to take cash (atmID:CUBF1222) i used atm to dispense cash rs. 3000 i got messege was 3000 debited but the cash was not came out from atm
