Respected Sir/Madam.
I am Karuppu Raja N from Madurai. I paid Rs.5000 for TNEA Engineering counselling through online banking. But It shows transaction status is failed. But Rs.5000 is deducted from my account. I also contacted TNEA officials, They said "we didn't received amount from your account. It may be some transaction failure, contact your bank."
I also paid amount through DD after got this failure.Because today is last date for paying fees.
Can you refund? Please consider this and take immediate action.
