City Union Bank — amount not credited to jewel loan account sent via upi | |||
I have transferred rs.20, 000 to my cub jewel loan account from my hdfc saving account via phonepe upi. Phonepe has confirmed amount 20000 has been debited from sb account and sent to cub jewel loan account. But when i check the cub jewel loan account transactions, the amount rs.20, 000 has not yet reflected in the credit statement. Below is the message from phonepe, "we have received a confirmation stating that the amount of ₹ 20000 has been credited to the receiver’s bank account (*56221). Hence, we request you to check the receiver’s bank statement with the utr number:[protected] against the transaction id: p1804281451449509119405 to confirm the same." Please do the needful asap.
