In january 19 theresa was message bu cub ur debi card will be sent to remplace a card. But it didnot reach me. When enquired the postal people salid deliverd. But it is not property deliverd to me or to my people. Subsequent my los card de actívate stating that new card sent. Till date i didnot get the new card unable to transact from march19 onwards. So please sigue or remplace the new card to me parking the card not deliverd or missing or else way

I don't know what's the reason but I got a message that 490.98 RS is debited from my account. The message stated is as below.

"Savings No XXXXXXXX62 debited with INR 490.98 towards TO DEBIT:IO[protected]-MDS CLAIMED[protected]:99032 on 18-JUL-2019.Avl Bal 71.78".

Please do look into it ASAP and provide solution.
When trying to book tickets transaction has been failed at the payment stage but money has been deducted from my account so kindly make the refund process ASAP.

    I have a bussiness account in city union bank
    At bargur branch... I want to deposit 75k in my account and i went to the bank and ask him (Cashier) to deposit money into my account.. But he said that go and deposit through machine... But i am asking him to deposit here.. I dont want to go in machine because there is lot of people waiting outside.. I ask him three four times bt he refuse to do the work... Is the machine to do all the work means why you guys are having a bank and employees.. Just close the branch... Once again very very poor service from your bank... Huge disappointed from your bank and i want to close my bussiness account in your bank...

      Used city union bnk atm, on friday 5 oclock 2000.00 rs but its get cash and money debited ..till now not recieved money...visted laxminagar branch they said will get on monday but diidnt get yet..

      serious helplessness, as i m student no money to eat, survival issue..
      worst service of city union bank...regret using their atm bank...this is not 1990s that it will take 3-4days ...it must be under half an hour...

        A person with bank account ending with 6369 from indore branch (Ciub0000220) had asked money lying about his mom's health by spoofing one of my friend's facebook account. After transferring money, realized that it is spoof account. Ideally bank should have opened this account with all the required details. Could you please trace the person and help in getting money back? Amount is $3000 (Rs. 2, 05, 890) and the date is june 13th.

        I've reported in facebook and they blocked the account.

          I am srinivas s/o late karibandi laxman rao who having an account in city union bank a/c no:[protected]. Year 2019 month of march 5 th my father passed away due to cardiac arrest and 13.04.2019 we went to the bank and informed the same to bank staff to close the account as well as he kept some gold wt:21.90 grams and took loan rupees 30141/-. When they understood that my father is no more, first they requested us to pay the out standing of rupees 6700/- to settle the loan. As per their guidelines we have paid the rs:6700/- and submit the death certificate after one month. After submitting the death certificate being nominee my mother also came to the bank and requested to close our all accounts and release our gold. Then bank team ignoring her request and asking to get the legal heir certificate. It's just 22 gms of ornament and availed loan 30000/- and paid the total amount after my father death and still struggling to get the ornament back.
          Even we approached advocate for legal heir certificate and understood it will cost rs.25000/- and it will take more than one year time to get it. For worth of rs:65000/- item bank forcing us to spend rs:25000/- as well as more than one year mental agony to 60 years aged female, is this justice to customer who believed and trusted a bank.
          If bank seriously consider my father presence how they took the money from us after his death which informed by us. And what is the use of nominee when they don't consider my mother to get the gold back after all clearance.
          Please do the justice for 60 years old lady

              Hi i'm a indian bank customer. And today afternoon i have used city union bank atm for withdrawal purpose. I have withdrawl 1000 rupees in the cub atm which is located near the new busstaand, krishnagiri. During the end of the transaction the power should be cut downed. So my money wasn't came out and deducted from my account. I asked about this to the security, he said the money should be refunded within half an hour. But till i didn't get any refund from your side. I need a response from your side.

                  I logged into my online banking and wanted to do a fund transfer for the first time. So i wanted to add a beneficiary. When i tried entering all details and also after the atm card authentication, i received a msg saying 301 could be processed. I have no idea what went wrong. Now im not able to carry the fund transfer because of not being able to add a beneficiary.

                    I am Gopikannan, who having account: [protected] with City union Bank -Rajapalayam Branch.

                    I have been booked a New car through ABT Maruthi -n .According to instruction from Dealer Representative INR 4, 26.710 Cash Deposited in Dealer Acct. No.[protected], instead of NEFT/RTGS.

                    So that car dealer not accepted to credit the cash to their account according RBI instruction, which is do not accept cash more than 2 lakhs.

                    So that Car dealer given letter to City Union bank-Ram nagar, Coimbatore branch for reversal of Cash deposit on 15/05/19- Please find the attached letter.

                    Since the day we did not get updates or reversal amount to my account no [protected].

                    Kindly request you to update the current status and help us to reverse the amount with short time. Due to this i could not taken my new car.

                    Regarding the cash reverse, we were approached Ram Nagar branch through Land line number- [protected] who was picked Mr. Thangavel, he did not given proper feedback/response instead of behaved unprofessionally and scold us why are you people without sense depositing the money and giving trouble to us.. Also scold us like anything and cut thee line without information. we were tried again, could not connect again.

                    Kindly help us and take necessary action on our request.

                      I credited 2 lakh rupees in my cub account to pay my college fees. Firstly i paid 50000 which was successful.Next on 9th june when i tried to pay more 50000 through cub net banking, my money was debited from cub account but fees was not paid. It showed error while connecting with blaze net encryption utility but my money was already debited from my account. I have to pay my fees before 15 june to the college.                             My sbi account number:[protected] debit card number: [protected] i tried to withdraw rs4000 twice from atm id: cubfi390 (City union bank, ramamoorthy road virudhunagar) time: 10:54:23 date: 24.05.19 ref no:[protected] total amount rs 8000. First time cash withdrawal declined. Second time didn't receive receipt but it shown transaction time out on screen. I have not received cash on both the attempt but a total of rs.8000 debited from my account but within few hours i received reversal amount rs 4000. But not received another rs 4000. So kindly reverse the amount as soon as possible. Thank you.

                            I tried withdraw rs500 from city union bank atm in mrc nagar, but i couldn't get the money from it But account has debited saying that it is withdrawn. Atm machine says timed out message please resolve it ad soon as possible..

                              This is vasu the account holder... Am here with the cash dispute... My refund from amazon is initiated on 20may 2019... But have not credited yet...                                 I have applied for a debit card and I was facing an issue while getting my debit card ..it's already been 3 weeks and I still did not get response from ur bank.and I have asked ur bank executive 3 time and no response from them also.resolve my problem as soon as possible or I will close my account.
                                CUB ATM at Mudichur road and Gandhi Road junction is frequently not functioning. Today by 1.00 pm “ATM out of order” Board was hanging before the ATM. Hence I withdrew money from the neighbouring HDFC ATM. This is happening frequently. Kindly look into it.
                                I sent the money from city union bank to Indian Bank user the money of my account has been debited and it not been credited to that user it taken me 3 days i did not get the money back and it also not credited to that account too kindly get my money back from this

I have taken money and card swipe on petrol bunk from kct tech park ATM near kumuruguru college, on 17.5.2018, saravanampatti, cbe and near Rajalakshmi arts and science College petrol bunk, super agencies . In card swipe initial Rs 300 deducted but not transferred to petrol bunk agency . The same repeated another three times . Total amount deducted from my end Rs 300*4=1200 . Finally they told network problem . They told within 24 hrs refunded. Still I am not getting .

                                    Transaction of 280 rupees for cosmetics in ISHA's the complete women cosmetics shop, is done through debit card and money debited twice for one transaction and didn't get credited back to my account .The shop owner got credited only once based on his transaction history, but i didn't get my money of 280 rupees back. The transaction took place on 15th of this month .

My account is ran nagar branch, cbe. Herewith i enclose the particulars. Take necessary action and do not needful.
