Sir I have applied for housing loan on 30/08/2018
And Mr Suresh bank manager has assured I will get at earliest housing loan
But today 16th /012019 still housing loan has not provided.

Yet see the issue and give us loan at earliest .My papers all have submitted

    I tried to pay credit card bill in phonepe app, an amount of rs 4000. When i tried transaction failed and later after 3 or 4 mins amount got debited.. Then i complained about this to phonepe then they told me to complaint to bank.. They mentioned that chargeback something...

    I dont know why its got failed and after sometime they debited my amount.. Seriously the process for cub is very worst..

    I want my money.. Please telle what i have to do now..

      This is saroja from mudichur, chennai. I have tried to withdrawn 2500 rupees from atm on 22nd dec, 2018 near by my location. But due to atm problem i didn't get cash from atm. But surprisingly amount of 2500 rupees have been debited from my account.

        The enclosed receipt receive after dispatch of one urgent courier which has to deliver to muzhapharpur bihar on 2nd its dispatch and on 3rd its showing deliver how come in one day its dispatch to destination and deliver to address.
        this is 2nd time facing issue..

        I have current account in your bank Ac no:[protected] Name of spark system 50000 maintenance of account balance which has not maintain you put charges that ok and also when i put cash for that again your bank debit cash handling fee what is that sir are you cheating customer? in this kind of rules that have to tell before account opening.

I had taken 3 loan amount belongs to your bank administration for my self business (Carpenter - furniture work) while i applied for loan your administration explained me there is no more interest for the monthly arrears. Because of that i agreed and i signed in that loan papers. But now after 1 year back your administration applying new rules and regulations for that arrear interest. And asking me to sign in that papers.

          Sir,
           after one year of repaying loan amount how can i bare this kinds of interest?
           how can a self help employee pay this kind of extra interest?
           without clear explanation i will not sign in this papers

            In tanjore south main street branch we went to open current with all relevant documents (As previously enquired required documents by our staff). Met branch manager on 4th dec. He asked to contact lady staff. We waited for one hour from 11 o clock than the staff came and we explained purpose of visit. Without addressing us, she signed many papers in front of her after 15 minutes just look into our documents and ask us to come by 2 days later. Requested and when to karur vysya bank they without saying that documents without any question they started ac.

                I am from Bhavnagar Gujarat.
                My Debit card was blocked without any reason I was sent a sms telling to contact Branch. I went there they told that I will get new card so my card is blocked. But till date i have not received my card so all my transactions are blocked.

                          Sir, i booked train ticket (Paramakudi to coimbatore) yesterday in paytm online payment. But ticket status is failled and ticket amount 250 will be credited. I have recived massage from paytm the amount will be refunded in short period. I contact paytm customer care and he told amout will be refunded but bank will be add the amount to your bank/card as per timeline, so contact your bank and give details. If the time the amount will be not debited in my account. So please consider my complaint.

                            server down at night times everyday

                            I am not able to do an online transaction with city union bank. This problem is happening everyday at night. If this problem is gonna continue. I am going to move out of city union bank and go for icici bank.

                            1. Why can't u people having a bank like this keep the servers online at the night? Even a simple website keeps it's server up and running 24/7.

                            A bank like yours can't??? Worst bank i have ever seen who...

                            In september 2nd week I had applied house construction loan till date Yelahaka branch manager says processing.
                            Everything ready but small paper work I don't know after 3 months.

                              I am rajii from melur madurai. I maintened current account in melur city union bank and doing milk business today morning i go city union bank melur for deposit. Counter staff collect all the money and inform to manager there have some 10 rs coin manager come say deposit all other amount and return 10 rs coin to customer. I ask to manager i maintened account here i deposit all amount here where i go to deposit this 10 rs coin he say here only 500, 2000, 100 only can deposit and using some harsh word.

                                  The atm machine was working only one week properly in a month. Other days are working with offline i think all the time showing an eror messages.
                                  I inform already with their employees also no respond from them. If you need run the bank in this branch please maintain the atm with new machines otherwise this problem make the customers into unsatisfied experiences

                                    My atm debit card has been blocked without any caution message. I was out of town during that time, yu blocked my card without any message to my number. This is complete careless from bank. And i gave complaint in written form to the branch to unblock my atm card but over 15 days gone, still my card unblocked, i can't take my own money. I really regret to open a account in cub. I never seen such poor response from any bank in india
