I Have an account in kk nagar branch, Tiruchirappalli, for past eight years.
My account number: [protected]
on 3.10.2021 My money rupees 3.196 ( Three thousand one hundred and ninty six) debited from my account through net banking without my concern. I really shocked when my balance checked.
This amount will debit for four transactions 499, 899, 1299 and 499. Totally 3, 196 rupees.
That day i never use net banking for any transactions. I complained the concern branch. I kindly request you to take necessary action and refund the above amount

            Transaction of 2600 rupees for PURCHASE-SHOPPING, is done through debit card and money debited twice for one transaction and didn't get credited back to my account .The shop owner got credited only once based on his transaction history, but i didn't get my money of 2600 rupees back. The transaction took place on 19th of this month .

              I got a cheque for certain amount and deposited it in Checque deopsit machine situated in ramachandra hospital on 10th of this monh, still havent got the amount credited to the account and nor a way to get the status of the deposit

                City Union Bank cash not dispensed at atm but amount debited from account

                On September 3rd by 11:33 AM, I have attempted to withdraw Rs. 10000 from cub ATM in Arulpuram with ATM-Id CUBFI339, and the amount have not been dispensed but i have received the sms from HDFC bank that the amount is debited from my account but the ATM displayed temporarily out of service message. I called CUB customer service but they said to contact HDFC Bank which looped me on this but still my amount of Rs.10000 has not been credited....

                I am Ahamed Mansoor from kilakarai, I have a SB account at city union bank and applied for credit card in my branch and both manager approved my request and told me that they will issue a credit card for me but both of them got transferred and I still haven't received any card. Please look into transaction details for any queries.this time am really disappointed with your bank service, new recruiters does not know valuable bank like us and if this continues this bank might lose account holders like us

                  Permanent waiver for cash handling charges

                  Respected sir:-
                  Subject:- regarding the REVERSAL of CASH HANDLING charges, and the PERMANENT WAIVER for the CASH HANDLING charges, and the ROI using for the BANK GUARENTEE was more difference what which compare to 2020 and 2021.

                  My name is Chandrashekar S from Hyderabad. I have my SB AC with CUB, Ameerpet Branch, Hyderabad for the last 15+ years. On 16-Aug-2021 I asked one of the services to be completed and the attitude of Mr. Vishnu was not only unfair as he did not complete the requested task but on the contrary insulted and harassed me by sending negative messages on my whatsapp number.

                  Even though I reported this with the Sr. Management at the Corp. Office, there has been no resolution (as there must be an immediate action against such kinds of behavior as my self-respect was being badly damaged), and also, when I called the AGM Mr. Rajshekhar (from Hyd. - +[protected] who is supposed to listen to the complaints and resolve it, the AGM was very rude in his attitude as well, when he said couple of things:

                  1. He said that he cannot resolve such personal issues and said that I have to forgive such staff by accepting such kind of behavior from the staff

                  2. He also said that if he has to resolve such issues, then there will not be anyone living in India, which was not even relevant to what this issue was to do with India and other people who lived in India

                  3. He said that even if I reported this issue with the senior management including the CEO there will be no action which can be initiated against Mr. Vishnu or him as he sounded as if he was the CEO/ Chairman of CUB and his decision was final. At this point, I felt like he was THROWING NOT ONLY A CHALLENGE BUT HE WAS THREATENING ME when he said that I will also have my day when he would harass me further

                  4. He gave me an feeling that none of the customers have to raise or escalate any issue against this Branch Staff or him with the Corp. Office and if someone does it (as I had a major issue that I escalated in Feb. 2021, the same AGM who was posted right then requested to come to my residence and literally requested me to forgive the staff and close the complaints against them) and may be he was waiting for an opportunity to show me that he would encourage the staff from this branch to insult and humiliate me when he gets a chance and as per the instructions from the AGM I guess Mr. Vishnu boldly wrote and sent such insulting messages and even blamed me for the service that he said other banks do not provide to its customers.

                  I really do not understand as to why other banks were even compared and how does Mr. Vishnu now as to what kinds of services are being provided by other banks. This is not only an insult to me but also he tried to talk ill about the services provided by other banks, which is illegal.

                  I want the senior management to ensure that some action is being initiated against Mr. Vishnu and the AGM (The AGM's job is to resolve issues and on the contrary the AGM was trying to protect the staff and even went and started talking rudely with me, which is not acceptable to me and he also said that HE WOULD WASH HIS HANDS BY NOT RESOLVING THIS ISSUE AND ANY FURTHER ISSUES THAT I FACE GOING FORWARD), as if he was my boss and he was the CEO of CUB.

                        Please find below the mail which I have sent to the Principal Officer of City Union Bank.

                        I would like to express my views regarding the behaviour of a clerical staff in Rajendra Prasad Road Hasthinapuram branch. Today morning I went to the bank to get my passbook updated. I handed over the pass book to a clerical staff (Ms.Divya) who in turn gave it to another staff (Ms.Jeevitha). I waited there to receive the passbook. Normally I use either net banking or mobile banking. The purpose of today's visit was because the pass book was over and I wanted a continuation passbook. The staff (Ms.Jeevitha) made the address and the other entries in the new book. I saw the new passbook and understood that the transaction entries can be made after a few days. I didn't even talk to her. She started asking me in a rude way " do you need the balance to be updated in your new passbook". I didn't utter a single word and walked away from that place. After some time I saw her answering another customer in a raised voice and that was regarding FD. That customer was a senior citizen. I really wonder whether that staff (Ms.Jeevitha) has been taught how to answer the queries of a customer in a nice way. Today also the branch manager was not available. I feel the bank should conduct a coaching class regarding behaviour. She should realize that a customer is the most needed person. Can a bank or any business establishment grow without a customer.?

                        If you feel that I keep complaining about this branch then this mail can go into the recycle bin and later it can be deleted. I do not want to talk to the manager and complain like a kid about the behaviour. I feel you can definitely do something so that every customer is treated in a polite way.

                            I transferred an amount of INR 13000.00 through IMPS on 7th July, 2021 with the generated Reference No. IMPSCUB[protected].
                            During transfer, I got failure message on screen and no payment receipt was generated. I was expected that the amount will be refunded. But still now, I didn’t receive the amount.
