I am city union customer. I need to register a online complaint. So i register a online in consumer complaints. After that i got a call from cub cu care [protected]. But this is a fraud call. He asked all details for us. We dont have knowledge about online transaction. So he collect all the card details from us. And debited our amounts. We lost our all the amounts.

So, i have a lots of doubts above mentioned that cub cu care number [protected]. So please kindly solve our problems as soon as possible.

recently i have joined city union bank from a student account.
so i have added money to my account from a deposit machine at a sudden the machine went offline the bank staff have said that you will get the amount by next day but its been 2 days i haven’t recieved my amount. so kindly go through it

    Hi team,

    I am really disappointed to see this un-necessary charges levied in my account. When i contacted the tambaram branch on 07th morning, they told me that this is a cheque dishonour charges levied in my account

    I really don't understand why the cheque is not honoured even though i have kept enough money in my savings account.

    Within an hour, i got a call from your employee and asked me to give confirmation for signature mismatch and the cheque can be process via telephone confirmation from me for passing this cheque. Finally the cheques were processed on the same day and still now the dishonour charges has not been reversed. Also wanted to let you know that this cheques are very tiny amount 2000 & 283 rupees and for a cheque value of rs 283, the dishonour charges more than the cheque amount is not at all good?

    This is not fair for a reputed bank to levy unnecessary charges for a genuine transaction? Can you please look into this issue on priority and reverse this changes

    Yesterday I deposit my money 9000...but machine does not work it...but the money is deposit...I don't get credit my money...I go and ask the bank..bank says 3days wait...why I am wait for till the days..pls accept my complaint and immediately solve..pls ..

      This is sriram viswanathan ex employee of cub. Had put almost five yrs of service in cub and had to quit due to health reasons wayback in july 2013. Still i have not recovered and undergoing medication. Why i have been penalised for not maintaining the mab in my sb acct and charges have been debited under various heads right from 2016.
      My emp no 3390 and i had a good track record ever since i joined the cub family till my resignation. Management know very well about my case.. Since i had resigned my job dueto health issues and having left with no job even today and undergoing treatment why cant u consider my case as a special one to reverse all the charges and stop debiting charges in future too?
      It really hurts me and i dont see any logic behind maintaining a mab of 5000 for a person like me with no income and spending much for treatment..
      Hope you will consider my request favourably..

        I have made a payment for eb bill payment of rs 5814/- via phonepe on jan 27th, 2020. But the transaction was failed. I received a ticket from phone pe that the refund of rs 5814 has been initiated. Since i have done a payment through the card, so it takes 7 to 9 days to reflect in my account. Again i raised a ticket in phone pe on 05.02.2020. They have said our side amount has been initiated and also credited to your debit card. They telling to contact my bank. Please help me with this.

              I had transferred the amount of four thousand rupees to one of my beneficiaries unfortunately the amount has been deducted but the receiver has not received the amount. I got the message as imps request has been submitted to beneficiary account but the common message would be imps request to beneficiary is successful. This was my issue. Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                        I got a message on 29/11/19, that an amount of rs470 has been deducted fom my above account. By mobile banking.
                        I have not effected any payment on that day and i lodged a written complaint to your vadavalli, coimbatore br. Where i have the account.
                        I have expalined that the payment was to tneb towards electricity charges for the meter id. No[protected].
                        I have informed your bank that my tneb id no is[protected]. And as such i have not made payment for this.
                        Further for this payment, i had not received any otp thru my mobile no [protected], registered with you.
                        Since a week after complainig, your branch has not solved the problem, and made the refund of rs 470, unauthuried deduction from my account.
                        Pls help me to get the refund and ensure such mistakes do not repeat in future.

                          I made a transaction through phone pe the money was debitted from my end and wasn't credited on the other end. But it showed transaction successful after 2 days . When i contacted phone pe they asked to contact the bank and ask for a charge back. And the receiver is saying he hasn't received the money in his bank.

                            Cash deposit Machine is very worst in ramanathapuram branch I lost my amount till one week I have not recived positive call from bank. All are lazy fellows in the bank I have approach this complaint for 15 times but no one is resolved my issue. My transaction blocked amount is Rs.16500.pls look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible.

                              At nov 6 i transferred the amount (40, 000) to my father's account by using phonepe, i transfer by using contact number. Both number are register in phonepe but the amount debited in my account but it cannot received to my fathers account. Yesterday i went to my bank (Cub) they told amount successfully transaction but y it cannot receive to my fathers account.

                              But in my account balance shows that the amount credit to my father account

                                  We are existing customer from last 30 years, from last 15years we having ccod limit, last two years we requested reduce interest rate, in this year to renewal letter we informed if interest rate below 11% and processing charges for 0.25% (Saravan tex my group of companies you charging 0.25%) renew my ccod limit otherwise don't renew our account also informed without information do deduct processing charge.
                                  But again 13% interest and without information they deduct processing charge.in erode branch lot new customers you given below 11%
                                  In my group of companies saravan tex, sri vari textiles, vari fabs, 11% only

                                  Last two years we are waiting for you will reduce rate of interest, in this year we need clearly information its possible or not. Also processing charges reversal asap. Waiting for yours reply

                                    I went to make dd around 2.30. they refused to make dd saying they have a limit of 300 dd each day and cant make more that that.
                                    simply no respect for customer. itwas highly unproffesional and expect u to take strict action to keep the reputation of branch.
