[Resolved] City Union Bank — cash misplaced

I lost money at cub on 03.11.17. I have requested bank to check through cctv cameras.
Till now after 4 days no positive feedback from bank. I need cub, s help urgently'. I. Have verified with other areas i visited on 3.11.17. This is not a question of loss of money, but how cub can help a customer of a retired person.
Irrespective of retrieval of cash, i require a positive guideline and answer to my complaint.
