Sir, I am gnanaprakasam r. My sb a/c number: [protected]. I try to withdrawal amount of rs 4000 from your atm on 25/01/2017 in cubf1049, vannanthurai (Voc road), mannargudi, but due to atm failure i haven't received money but got a sms to my mobile, amount deducted from my bank account. Somebody said to me atm out of service past 20 minutes. Next day i given a complaint to my cub branch, gandhi road, mannargudi. But cub not yet refund the amount of rs.4000.
