This is to inform you that, I have given a complaint about Debit Card charges and Monthly maintanence charges on 16.12.2019 from City union bank mylapor Branch. As on date there is no proper answer received from the bank. Without issuing the debit card charges they have charged monthly. we given a complaint two times by orally and written also. Pls credit the amount long with interest to my account. In this regards iam enclosing the letter copy for your reference. Your immediate action is higly appreciated. I applied for fastag through your CUB, Mayur Vihar branch, Delhi, on 28th Nov.2019, I have no account with the bank, applied with cash, till date it hasbeen over one month, neither i got card nor any satisfactory reply from bank, what should I do now...????? Every time when i reach bank they say itwill take 2 days but i was assured one week time.

I am balaganesh .on 20/12/2019 i used Gayathri bank atm in Telangana.MY Amount debited but Cash not received.still my amount not deposited.so please solve the problem.
Payment failed(14.01.20). but amount still not refund. i paid bill again next day(15.01.20). failed amount not receive.
