Sir/Madam,
I, Sandhyagawri T, am the owner of Flat no A 307, Samethana Lake Front Apartment, Samethanahalli, Bangalore rural -560067. I have evidence that Sri Sumeru Housing Pvt Ltd has raised a Security charge filed with MCA, which highlights my Flat number A307 in the mortgage deed between City Union Bank and Sri Sumeru Housing Pvt. Ltd.
I request the Head Office of City Union Bank to set up an enquiry in regard to the loan sanctioned to Sri Sumeru Housing Pvt Ltd against Samethana Lake front Apartment Project.
Kindly provide the explanation for the inclusion of Flat No:A307 in the mortgage deed post to the issuing of NOC. Also provide the letter in writing stating that my flat and title deed is free from any claims from City Union Bank .
