City Union Bank — imps is not done and my payment is not received in beneficiary account

Address:8 guru ram dass nagar , jalandhar (punjab).

Sir/madam i did imps rupees 9000. From my savings a/c ([protected]) on 01/05/2020 but sitll 03/05/2020 the payment is not recieved by my beneficiary account. Plz process as soon as possible so that i can do my work easily.
