[Resolved]  City Union Bank — my atm transaction failed but amount is debited in my account

I am srinivasan from chengalpattu. Yesterday 05/10/2019 i go to tmb atm in porur. The transaction progress is failed but amount is debited in my account. I am very stressed due to this problem. Please take necessary action for this inconvenience and return back my debited money soon.

I ordered a product and returned in amazon but I haven't received refund money in my account yet. The amount of 582 has to be refunded as soon as possible. I contacted Amazon they asked me to contact the bank

This is vinod kumar from gobichettipalayam..There is no proper ATM in our area.we are pushing to use the other bank ATm also cub debitecharges from us for using other bank ATM .I plan to move to court regarding this problem.tel me solution for this.the mistake from end .
