[Resolved] City Union Bank — refund from amazon is taking too long to process. no proper response | |||
I'd bought a product worth 24k in amazon and since the product was damaged i asked for a refund. Amazon processed my refund on 7/8/2019. I was told that the amount should reflect in my account within 3 days max. I mailed cub with my refund reference number several times in this past few days and i'm neither getting a response through mail or call, the lines are mostly down. Last week thursday 11/07/2019 i got a msg that i have debited 5000 but i didn't debit money still now bank doesnot refund the money to my account .
