[Resolved] City Union Bank — refund from phonepe not credited to my account | |||
Account number: [protected] I have made a payment for eb bill payment of rs 5814/- via phonepe on jan 27th, 2020. But the transaction was failed. I received a ticket from phone pe that the refund of rs 5814 has been initiated. Since i have done a payment through the card, so it takes 7 to 9 days to reflect in my account. Again i raised a ticket in phone pe on 05.02.2020. They have said our side amount has been initiated and also credited to your debit card. They telling to contact my bank. Please help me with this.
