Hi I am Vidya parthasarathy .I have an account in CUB bank porur . My Acc. no : [protected] On 10th March 2021, I went to withdraw Rs 3000/- in Canara bank [atm machine no : 12834082] in Madanandapuram, Pour, Chennai-125 . I received a receipt in which transaction was declined. But I received a message that the amount was withdrawn. Then, I went and filed a complaint with that receipt in my home branch. They checked my account and accepted that the transaction was declined, "you will receive that money within 3 working days". After one week I enquired about this, they told "Our account shows that the transaction was declined" but canara bank people told that "Amount was withdrawn by the client, So please complain to the nearest canara bank". We met the canara bank manager Porur, he guided us to register the complaint in the ATM toll free number. Till today I didn't receive my Money and any responsible answer from the bank people.
