Clarks — Bill not received

I purchased 2 pairs of sandals from the elante mall showroom of clarks today. The shopkeeper told me that i will be getting an electronic bill on SMS after a few minutes of purchase, but I haven't received it even after 12 hours. He had refused to give a printed bill of the same.
I WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE THE BILL OF MY PURCHASE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
