Clarks — Defective shoes. Developed cracks within 10 days of purchase.

I purchased Clark's pair of shoes from Brand Factory at Metro Cinema Mumbai on 27 January at 60 % discount. After 10 days the shoes developed cracks and upper layer started getting peeled off. It is just not expected out of a renowned brand like Clark's. Please advise further action for replacement or return. I am highly disappointed with my purchase.
