[Resolved] Clarks India — Order [protected]. No refund and no response from customer care

I ordered a pair of shoes on 21/07/2021 from "www.clarks.in"
After receiving the order, I found the size of shoes bigger than my regular one's, so I initiated a return immediately after receiving the order on 25/07/2021.
I kept on waiting for refund till 10 days and then I kept on sending reminders to customer care 'Clarks' but they didn't provide any reply.
Moreover they haven't provided any proper customer care number, where we can talk to them. The customer care number[protected] is not approachable from Punjab.
I think I have lost my money to this British company.
This harassment case has been broadcasted on Twitter and Facebook as well.

Updated by Ritu Chaudhry Dear https://www.consumercomplaints.in the clark shoes company is not at all responding to my daily reminder emails.
Many customers like me are still being looted by this British company and we are loosing our hard earned money to these thieves.
