Clarks — not refunding my money back of rs 2499.

I bought two pair of shoes from clarks official website, due to incorrect size i returned the shoes back to clarks, i got refund of 1 shoes rs 1999 and after mailing them several times and contact to their cstmr care not getting refund of 2nd shoes rs 2499. Even they are giving wrong information. Plz look after the issue.
