I have placed the order for my shoe on 20th October 2016, and as standard practice and also as per your website the delivery time is within 7 days. I understand that due to Festive season there could be delay for 2-3 days but its already been more than 14 days and i havent received any notification from you people neither on email nor on my contact detail. Please escalate the delivery, so that i can cherish my relationship with Clarks. Looking forward to your cooperation.
