Dear customer care,
You have sent this mail for exchange from the store, and store is also marked cc in this mail, now while connecting with store person, he is denied for the same, is this the way of working?
I am surprised to see the behavior of your store manager and customer care dept. As they are saying, just to avoid this mail, as they have sent by mistake. And your store manager is replying like - "haa mayur bol na" is this a way of language you people use in your organisation??? I have a recorded conversation for the same. Which can be available whenever it will required.
It is not necessary to denied my request just because of being a ex employee of clarks india, i have not purchased this shoes free of cost, neither clarks has given any discount (As an ex employee of clarks), whatever price of this shoes are paying by other people, i have also paid the same. So you people cannot explain me over the call, that i am an ex employee and you people cant do it.
Now i will put this approval mail to social media and other platforms, i will also take a legal action for the same.
