Clarks — Product not yet received | |||||
Recently I ordered a sandal from Clarks.in (website) for rupees 4399 (ordered on 21st December). The money was transacted from my account but the product wasn't sent on the ETA provided by Clarks, it has been a month now. When I inquired they didn't respond properly, they were saying that they didn't receive the money even though I sent them my transaction receipt thourgh e-mail. It is frustrating beacuse I have never had such problem with any e-commerce website before. Was this information helpful? | |||||
