Clarks — refund not received against return of shoes against order no.[protected] dated 31.3.19 | |||
The said order no.[protected] dated 31.3.19 was delivered on 2.4.19. However, it was seen that the size of sillian stork shoe is smaller than what we required and also width of the shoe is not as per our requirement. Accordingly, we returned the same and initiated return online on clarks website within a few days of delivery. We did not receive any refund for 15 days. On enquiry with clarks, i was informed that refund has been initiated on 23.4.19.. But i have not received the same. I have asked clarks to give me bank details so that i can send a snap shot of my bank account but they have neither provided such details nor granted refund till date Was this information helpful? | |||

Shoes returned but refund not recieved yet. No answer from customer care number. No email rply. You guys are the worst. Should be banned in india. Better resolve this issue. Asap. Or atleast reply or answer the calls.
