Clarks — Return of Shoes still not initiated even after 1 month
Hello, i had purchased a pair of shoes online from clarks website and
I have raised multiple request since the last 1 month for return of the shoes but till date no return has been initiated, no answer to my mails from customer service and I am very frustrated with this experience which I have received from clarks
My order id is FY61C3477B01209656F2
The last mail that I received from clarks customer care stated as follows :
"We have forwarded your issue regarding a return request to our relevant team. as per our records we are running with some technical glitch therefore we required some more days to get this resolve.
Your parcel will get picked up within 3-5 business days" This was from Mr.Sony from Customer.[protected]@clarks.in. I received a mail from Mrs. Ritika Singh from clarks customer service on DECEMBER 29TH STATING THAT RETURN will be initiated within 2-3 days but it is 19th January today and still no one has come to pickup my return order.
It is 19th January today and no one has come up till date nor any follow up mails from customer care.
This is not the way to treat your customer and deliver such a frustrating and pathetic experience. Clarks was a trustable brand but its pathetic customer service is tarnishing its image.
On the website clarks.in, your customer service has canceled my return request. Why? I never canceled my return request. Re-initiate my return for this order
I request you through this platform provided by https://www.consumercomplaints.in to again to initiate the return for my order at the earliest, that is, it should be done within this week. I am tired of waiting months for returning a pair of shoes. I expected better customer service from clarks.
Kindly, pick up my return order.
