I have bought a pair of shoes on 8th november 2019 from clarks official website which got delivered on 11th november 2019. When after try the shoe i noticed that the right foot shoe is defective, so i lodge a complaint on company's official website, after that i got a auto reply that i will be contacting very soon. But still after several mail, no reply received form company. Infect there toll free no. Is also not connecting me to the customer executive.
