[Resolved]  Clear Car Rental — Ambiguity in Policy leading to cheating the customers- CRN No : FD00037965

I booked a full day cab from clear rental. According to the fare, I can use the car for 80 Kms and 8 hrs for Rs 1469. Immediately after the booking I was called by their executive mayuresh and I realized that out of 80 kms which I am entitled for, they would reduce 40 kms stating that the distance would be calculated from their garage and in total pick up and drop it would incur 40 km :(. Net total I can only avail 40 kms paying 1469. That mean 36 Rs/Km. Its a clear case of fraud. They are not refunding my money as well. Within few min I have cancelled my booking. Please help!!!
