Cleartip — refund on cancellation

Hi Clear Trip,

I did book my ticket with the Clear Trip and my clear trip ID is [protected].


1.Chennai – Shirdi – Indigo PNR Q3J3TL – 30th Mar 2020


2.Shirdi – Chennai – Spicejet PNRA ZHD3FX – 31st Mar 2020.

Issues
1.I have cancelled the IndigoFlight (Q3J3TL) directly on the Indigo website on 19th Mar2020, where the refund amount that was showing at the time of cancelationwas 8385 INR and I got the email confirmation from Indigo Customer carementioning the Refund value of 8385 INR, whereas the refund that I gotfrom Clear Trip on this cancellation was 459 INR. I would like tofollow-up for the full refund value as confirmed by Indigo which 8385 INR.Please let me know the status of the same.
2.For SpiceJet return flight(ZHD3FX), I requested for the cancellation on the Clear Trip website, thereason for the request for cancellation is Government Banned all domesticflights operation until 31st Mar 2020, because of which I requestedfor the cancellation with full refund. I am hoping to get the refund backfor the cancellation as the flights are expected to cancel the service.

I am trying to connect the clear trip customer care number for the last two days and couldn’t connect even after spending 30 min every time I call the number. I am looking forward for your response for my email.

My ticket has been cancelled since March 2019 and until date I’m as chasing my refund .This is ridiculous!! cleartip is a fraud company .

My booking on 24/5/2020 from Mumbai to Delhi & return ticket on 30/5/2020 from Delhi to Mumbai by clertip.
By mistake my booking goes in open ticket booking option.
So required my booking as per my shadule.
