Cleartrip — about misguidance about flight details by cleartrip. | |
I have booked a connecting flight from asr to patna. Asr-new delhi (Jet airways) and delhi-patna (Go air). Jet airways was delayed that only 20 minutes gap was left to change the terminals and collect the baggage at delhi airport which is not possible in such a short time. So we cancelled the flight and they are saying that they will deduct 2900rs. As it was not at all our fault so why should we suffer financially and mentally. Neither airline nor cleartrip is taking responsibility about this. Who should we complaint now and who is gonna refund our money?. It was not our fault that airlines delayed their flight. We booked flight from clear trip so they should see the matter as they should not book such tickets if they cannot take responsibility for any inconvenience.
