Cleartrip — About ticket pnr... And sms

Dear sir,

I am Pushp raj, passport number L1965933, booked my ticket for 11.05.2017 on 10.05.2017 through cleartrip but i did not received my ticket or pnr number (By email or sms) rs 11475/- debited from my account also. I am trying to call cleartrip office and airindia express since Till yet So please find out the problem and send my pnr number, i have to travel tomorrow. .
Or else if possible return my amount..

Trip id is [protected]. I had cancelled the ticket, still cancellation refund has not come to my account. Kindly look into it.
