Cleartrip — air ticket being overcharged for student allowance baggage despite the airline stating it shouldn't be charged

I have been on 2 conference calls with emirates customer support and cleartrip support floor supervisors priya and kalpdev as cleartrip advisors have been asking me to pay inr 5500 for 15 kgs student baggage allowance which emirates confirmed on call should be free. Both kalpdev and priya who are cleartrip floor supervisors have made a note of it that emirates is ready to give me 15 kgs of baggage allowance for free on my student visa but cleartrip sales team keeps on asking me for inr 5500 as fee for the same.

It has been 3 days since the issue has been ongoing with no resolution and emirates maintaining the stance that all europe bound students on their flight should get 15 kgs extra allowance for free but cleartrip sales guys are asking for inr 5500 for extra 15kgs even for students. I have already had 15+ calls with cleartrip and emirates on the issue with emirates always saying that 15 kgs extra should be given for free. I have attached the mail i received from cleartrip floor supervisor kalpdev.

I need this issue to be resolved and escalated on priority with a new ticket wherein it should be written that 15 kgs extra allowance is free in check-in baggage along with the 30 kgs already given as i have my flight on 27th aug at 11:00 hours ist.
