    I have booked 2 tickets from new delhi to birmingham through cleartrip [trip id [protected]]. I have cancelled one ticket on 10th august'17. I was informed through e-mail that it will take 96 hours to process the refund and the refund amount will be credited my bank account in 5 to 7 working days. Till today i. E. After more that 15 days customer care people of cleartrip even not able to give me the refund amount and its status.

      It is very sad that you have a very poor service. You don't delay to deduct money from my bank account. But when it comes to refund you are taking weeks. Had enough patience. Now it's time. I had a huge loss. My trip id was [protected]. The flight was on the 25 th aug..


      You have deducted a lot of money amounting to almost 17 thousand rupees. It was fool of me to book on this website but that was my fault. Now i give you 1 week to refund my money or else i will file a case against you and i dare you to do it as soon as possible. Crooks do it fast. I dare you twice.

      Booked ticket dimapur to Bangalore.airindia arrived at 4.15 pm and other flight spice jet don't allow to check in.flight timeing was 5.10pm .if it's lk DT y u r customising and looting travellers money.

        I have been on 2 conference calls with emirates customer support and cleartrip support floor supervisors priya and kalpdev as cleartrip advisors have been asking me to pay inr 5500 for 15 kgs student baggage allowance which emirates confirmed on call should be free. Both kalpdev and priya who are cleartrip floor supervisors have made a note of it that emirates is ready to give me 15 kgs of baggage allowance for free on my student visa but...

        Trip id[protected]. I made online booking for bengaluru to adelaide return flight. I called cleartrip to make a modification in the return sector and duly paid the extra amount of ₹ 8000 for same. Even after clear instructions on flight numbers and dates, the concerned operator booked wrong flight with very long layover. I am calling cleartrip daily since 7 days, repeating my detailed complaint to new operator everyday but no one is taking any action. They promise call back which they never do. Cleartrip is least concerned about customer's complaints. Please help.

          I had made booking on Cleartrip for travel to Singapore Trip ID[protected]. The checkin baggage fare was displayed as S$15 for 15kg. Based on this information, I made the booking. But, after the booking was completed, the airline sent mail that the checkin baggage fare is USD 35. The wrong information displayed by Cleartrip is causing me a loss of about Rs 12000 (3 return tickets baggage fares). Multiple calls to Cleartrip customer care has not helped as they either cut the call or don't call back with the update.

            I receive a n emailthat my ticket was rescheduled from 1h35m layover to 11h layover for saudi arabian airlines w/c was really bad thats why i call back yo cleartrip to help me sort it out, all my calls was given a promise they will call me back, 3 days, 4 hrs and again another promise, i was having this issue more than a week now, i want them to give them my money back so ican book a new ticket while i still have time, my cleartrip i. D is [protected].. My wife is pregnant and we are so much stress now... Pls help us.

            Not refund received as per their promise. Still waiting for the refund even after 15 days from the date of cancellation. Just cheating the customers. Even after reporting I receive some case numbers without solution

              I have recently booked 3 tickets from guwahati to bengalore and back for my family vide trip id[protected] and once again for the same destination for my self vide trip id [protected] online directly on 18.08.2017 and 20.08.2017 respectively. But i am surprised that cashback benefit of rs. 600/-only was given for second occation only. Why no cash back was is given for the first occation.

                  I have informed cleartrip. Sa well in advance for cancellation of 3 tickets from dammam to coimbatore one-way. But they have failed to cancel the ticket, failed to inform air arabia (Airline to be travelled) about the cancellation. Hence, after the journey date have been crossed, air arabia has considered it as no show. I have called cleartrip customer care 15 times explaining the same story again and again but they are trying to neglect my request and make sure they don't give any refund.

                  I request the consumer forum to take strict actions and get my money refunded as soon as possible.

                      It was very worst experience from clear trip.

                      Recently i booked tickets from mumbai to lilongwe.

                      Due to sudden changes, i need to postpone my journey dates.

                      In order the processing postponement from clear trip.

                      I was faced horrible experience.

                      I called up clear trip in order to make my changes on travel dates.

                      Day: 1
                      As per conversation with clear trip executive, told me that amendment charges will be approx 7500/- per passenger.

                      He told me that their no change in airfare the price amendment will be 15000/- for trip id: [protected].

                      Which is reasonable to accepted. I know that airline charges are frequently changes.

                      Day : 2
                      It was hardly only 16 hours between (7:30 pm evening)- (Next day afternoon 1:30 pm)

                      When i was ready to confirm my amendment changes. Executive told me that amendment fare is 36, 000/-per passenger.

                      I was really surprised by listening his words. It was close to my previous booking, then i asked break up.

                      He explained airline charges, fare difference & taxes all together. 72, 0000/-

                      I told him to hold the line for few minutes, so that i can cross check with clear trip website : new fare was 37, 842/- per passenger. For new booking entire cost comes around 76, 000/-

                      Then i told executive, when their is no fare difference, why were charging more than 90 percent of the fare for amendment.

                      He replied what ever information shows that i have informed. After few conversation he told me to wait to check updated fares, after 15 mins of hold. Executive replied me the fare amendment charges are come down and the total amendment charges are reduced to approx: 24, 000/- per passenger. Which is even high.

                      Then i told executive, we will have conference call with airline team, so that we can figure out exact charges.

                      Executive replied, i does not have access to connect airline. He simple lied. And i told him wait, so that i can connect airline from my side.

                      During our conversation ethopian airline told us the charges

                      They confirmed me for amendment 125 usd + taxes. Cancellation 150 usd + taxes.

                      He simply denies the conference conversation, later he said oral conversation are not valid, told me to get email from airline about charges. And send us email to clear trip customer care email.

                      I didn't find any email or phone no from their clear trip website. Clear trip simply want en cash to advantage of existing scenario. Simply they are playing cheap tricks.

                      Once again, i need to rang up airline to get email.

                      I also requested to make changes from airline end.

                      They replied me, the agent was blocked the tickets. We cannot make changes from airline.

                      The airline replied emailed promptly with following charges.

                      Greetings!
                      The date change penalty 48hrs prior is usd 125/- plus service tax
                      Refund penalty 48hrs prior is usd150/- plus service tax

                      The fares are reflected same when i was interacted with first executive day-1,

                      On same day i was replied to clear trip, their is no response from clear trip.

                      So i need to take decision on my travel dates, because, i was left out with few days.

                      I called the clear trip customer care, during irvs voice, got voice message that i have exceed no of calls to customer care, i was totally blind.

                      This is completely mastered software application made by clear trip.

                      Day-3

                      Next day when i was ranged up clear trip. New executive took the call, and explaining we same repeated conversation.

                      I told better you can connect to executive to whom i had conversation yesterday. I was sent email upon his request, with screen shot of where it doesn't have any fares difference. On amendment journey dates.

                      Yesterday, executive was committed that, as per airline charges, he will further process my trip amendment fares.

                      Executive replied me the person is busy with other call, i told him better your tell him to give a call once he finishes.

                      Clear trip had facility to call client from customer support.

                      The executive simply denies and said not possible, only thing we can offer only approx: 22, 000/- per passenger. Even though airline sent mail with fares. They have not considered yet all.

                      Executive simply denies. He says i need to follow as per these fares, their is no alternative.

                      They are simply dragging the process.

                      I was worried, because i am closing 48 hrs priority of changes, i have no other option left out expect cancellation.

                      The total amount lost during my cancellation is approx: 53, 000/- for both trip ids:[protected] &[protected]

                      Clear trip taking complete advantage on travelers.

                          Through cleartrip i tried to book air ticket from surat to delhi flight on dated 23.07.2017 but my ticket was not confirmed whearas rs 8457 debited from my a/c no[protected] of icici bank. My trip id is [protected]. I got sms on dated 03.8.2017 that refund ammount 8457 for flight booking trip id [protected] processed but till today dated 18.08.2017 the ammount not credited in my a/c. Regarding this matter so many times i contact customer care cleartrip but i could not got possitive response except provide me arn no. Bank totally deny about such refund. This is my kind request to cleartrip that seriouly look the matter.

                            Dear sir/madam,

                            I had a booking with your airline from new delhi - indira gandhi airport to sao paulo - guarulhos via frankfurt on 17 aug 2017 at 13:35 on a refundable ticket (Ticket is attached). Unfortunately, i was informed at the airport that i needed a transit visa and i was not entitled to a visa on arrival. I requested your help desk immediately to either cancel or reschedule my flight, but they told that they could not do it and i should do it online. I immediately called your airline and after an hour of waiting time, i was able to connect to your customer services and request to cancel my ticket as my ticket was refundable. I tried to ask about total refund after cancellation but found no satisfactory answers about it. After coming back to my home from the airport, i called many times but so far not received exact information about my refund amount.

                            Sir/madam, i am a student at iit delhi and for me, this amount is huge. Moreover, i need to book the same flight again as soon as possible to attend my research workshop. Managing this amount was quite hard for the first time and doing it all over again would be impossible for me, and in that situation, i will surely lose a great opportunity for my career. Please help me get my full refund or reschedule my flight.

                                Respected sir/ madam,

                                I am dr rupak das from new delhi.. I booked a return ticket on 05/07/17 for new delhi to singapore and back in jet airways via cleartrip... I was supposed to travel on 12/07/17 and back on 18/07/17.. But due to some reason there were certain error in the name of my wife which should have been moushmi rupak das instead of moushmi dasgupta (Voter id name prior to marriage).. I had spoken about it to the cleartrip customer care who later had made me talk to a jet executive in a conference call... They were of the opinion that there cannot be any editing of the name on their behalf and i have no other option except to cancel the ticket... I was forced to cancel the ticket bearing trip id [protected].. I had then made a fresh booking after the cancellation.. Same flight same timings.. Now they are refunding me only rs 24, 000 when the ticket cost me rs 65, 355.. They are deducting almost rs 41, 000.. Please help me in this matter..

                                  I booked air ticket from Pune to Delhi and back through clear trip on 08 Aug 17 and Trip id is [protected] and pnr is YNKQS. Due to some mistake I cancelled the ticket within no time on same date. The cancellation charge is deducted Rs 6459/- that is too much and totally like fraud. Therefore please look into the matter and minimise the cancellation charge. Reply me within 24 hrs.

                                    We have booked and traveled on aug 12 from bangalore to sharjah in air arabia flight 498

                                    We have booked the ticket from my mobile and the interface has no options to select the baggage as in the web interface. We thought the standard permissible baggage of 30+30 allowed

                                    When we reached at the counter, the counter staff are not allowed us to accept our baggage and forced us to pay 2000 rs as the baggage charges.

                                    They were treating us as technology illiterate as we have repeatedly said that we could not found any option to select the baggage.

                                    Attached the screenshots of the mobile interface and web interface.

                                    This is a technical glitch due to which we have embarrassed, lost money and forced to throw away some valuable medicines
                                    ClearTrip customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      Trip id - [protected]

                                      I have booked my tickets hours ago today and still havent received my tickets/pnr/confirmation.

                                      My account has been debited for the ticket price and also for the fare lock price. Although, the fare was locked and i have paid before the deadline, i still haven't received any ticket.

                                      Please have a loot asap! I need to travel to delhi tomorrow and fly to bangalore on 25th (Using my cleartrip booking)

                                      I had contacted the airline and they have refunded back the full amount to cleartrip.

                                      I booked this flight from Cleartrip. Due bad weather the flight was cancelled and airline promised to refund full amount. But clear trip has has sent me an email stating zero refund will be given to me. The flight details are as under :-
