Through cleartrip i tried to book air ticket from surat to delhi flight on dated 23.07.2017 but my ticket was not confirmed whearas rs 8457 debited from my a/c no[protected] of icici bank. I booked air ticket from Pune to Delhi and back through clear trip on 08 Aug 17 and Trip id is [protected] and pnr is YNKQS. Due to some mistake I cancelled the ticket within no time on same date. I am constantly following up with customer service for my refund of failed flight booking from mumbai to kolkata and back. Four times i was told that concerned team will call me back to inform me about the refund status but no one called. Booking i'd [protected]. Before booking concerned team member was constantly calling me for initiating the booking and now no one is bothered and rs 8478 got deducted from my account without any booking....

We have cancelled ticket of trip id [protected] (Bangalore to guwahati and return) on 22nd july, 2017.

Till date we have not received refund amount nor any explanation from cleartrip. Our repeated complaint through their web site and also through their fb page, has resulted nothing.

Within 48 hrs, cleartrip is supposed to give us the details. Till date, we have not received any response...

Dear Concern, I made a booking on 9th August 2017 from Cleartip through my cleartrip account ([protected]@yahoo.com). I made the paymeny by SBI internet banking for the amonut INR 4824 rs/-.
