Cleartrip — air ticket cancelled | |||
I have cancelled my jet airways ticket in the month of november 2017. I got a message from jet airways sr 891 refunded. Still i didnt recieved amount in my account. My booking id#[protected]. Please let me know the detail. Sir i want to book my next flight to mumbai in the month of april. So please let me know weather you are going to adjust that amount to my new booking. My trip ID [protected] . The tickets were cancelled due to Airline Indigo rescheduled the flights and timings. This was done as it was clearly mentioned no deduction will be made and advised me to contact Cleartrip. But cleartrip now deducted 13000 thousand from original booking charges which they should refund.
