Hello ! last april 22 is my flight . i bought 2 way ticket from dubai to philippines. Im about 27 weeks pregnant that time and Unfortunately my flight was cancelled due to covid outbreaks! cleartrip promise to gave my refund. i keep on emailed them and they reply that by oct 25 i will get my refund! oct 31 still ni money on my account! so i message them again. they promise on 72 hours i will get my reference refund number. now nov 6 still no clue??? they are fraud

    I have cancelled undermentioned PNR Old Flight: PNR LAK9YN | Air Vistara UK-771 | BOM–CCU | Departure time: 0705, Arrival time: 0945 on 11OCT as it was rescheduled .
    I have not got the full refunded by you yet from the ticketing agent Cleartrip. com
    There is customer care number
    They are responding any more
    Air vistara confirm s that they have ordered full refund

        This company are not serious i can even remember when i was booking my flight the first payement failed and someone called me immediately to exaplain how i sould proceed. so now my flight got cancelled by airline since may and today we are in novembre cleartrip does not want to give me back my money. they keep saying that they Did not recieved any confirmation from my airline. but the things is i was even in contact with airline and they have even share with me the proof but still cleartrip are denying that they have confirmation. please advise me what to do i need my money to help a close member of mine who is having covid positif

          Indigo has cancelled flight i.e flt no : 6E6104(A320) so according to Plan B I have cancelled this ticket 6 Oct by plan B
          to get full refund. As mentioned in plan B, money should refund within 7 business days
          It is ascertained from Indigo that amount of Rs 8549 was refunded to Cleartrip(travel Agency).
          PNR/Booking ref : SJCBHZ .The amount is yet to be received into my account. Let me know why it is delayed and when
          I will receive the amount. And no ways to contact them and whatever their phone no and email id are not working.

            It is ascertained from Air Asia that amount of Rs 2068 was refunded to Cleartrip(travel Agent) on 12 th July 2020.Reference NBR is 67363545.The amount is yet to be received into my account. Let me know why it is delayed and when I will receive the amount.

              I booked flight ticket through Cleartrip on 04th Nov. I didn't get PNR assigned for my booking. ETA was given as 3 hours from time of booking. But i am yet to recieve PNR well past the ETA, There is no way to reach out to your customer care as well.

                We booked a flight by Cleartrip for vistara from (Delhi to Indore on 4th April 2020) and then the flight was cancelled due to covid 19.We contact to vistara assistant for the refund and according to them they refund our amount (₹25000) to Cleartrip, but now they are not ready to give our refund Amount (₹25000) and giving axcuses to us for this. Kindly refund our amount as soon as possible.

                  As per the new guidelines dated 07/09/2020 by Supreme Court for refund of the tickets which are cancelled due to COVID-19. I have purchased the tickets for my parents for their trip to Srinagar & Leh, 1 ticket from Mumbai to Srinagar (Spice Jet) and 2nd from Leh to Mumbai (Goair) due to COVID-19 the flights have been cancelled and hence as per the new guidelines you are requested to provide me the full amount as refund at your earliest.                   Just Read email from Spice jet that they have send the refund of Rs.15640/- on 18 September 2020 to Cleartrip. But still they have not forwarded my refund at my end. Attached herewith is the confirmation of mail from spice jet which i have received yesterday.

                    I have booked hotel Cleartrip with trip ID is[protected] but due to some serious problem in my family I was not able to used the service. As per booking policy of Cleartrip they said you can cancell the booking any time we will refund your money back.

                    But now they are not ready to refund my money.

                      Trip ID[protected] has been cancelled on 13-October-2020. The airline (Indigo) cancelled the flight.

                      Since 13-October-2020, 16 day have gone (till today, 29-October-2020) but the amount has still not been credited to my original mode of payment.

                      Repeated calls to the call centre number [protected] has the same response - "The tickets have been cancelled and the status is refunded. Please wait for 5-7 days."

                      On the last call, I had spoken to a person named Vijay Mishra. He mentioned that the refund has not been processed. This matter will be escalated.

                      However, I have not received any further information from him or Cleartrip thereafter. No one is able to provide any information on what is wrong and how long it will take to refund.

                      This is looking like a scam and fraudulent action from Cleartrip.

                      Please expedite this matter so that a resolution could be reached.

                      The refund amount has been credited to my original mode of payment. I had received an email stating that Cleartrip had processed the refund amount on 29-Oct-2020. The email address is [email protected]. I checked the statement of my original mode of payment and the amount is now reflecting minus the cashback amount from Amazon. This is exactly as expected. The matter is now resolved to my satisfaction.

                        Hello,

                        I had a flight booking on date 23rd may 2019 (Trip Id:[protected]. Which was cancelled due to covid pandemic. As per government guidelines they have to make full refund to the customer. But they given me the credit shell amount, Which i can use while next booking.

                        Now I am doing a booking for same passengers, route, flight. But when I am applying PNR for using Credit Shell amount. It is not working.

                        I have emailed to Cleartrip to this issue but did not got any response yet.
                        Now I am fed up by waiting for there response. I want confirm my booking but not able to that because of irresponsible service of Cleartrip.

                        Please make refund, Now I don't have trust on Cleartrip. Worst service provider.

                        Hello,

                        Airline has refunded my money on date 9th November 2020, But cleartrip is not refunding the amount in my account yet. I am fed up by writing emails to them again and again.

                        I have shared the screenshot of email in which spice jet has clearly said we have refunded your amount, please co-ordinate with cleartrip for same. Now cleartrip is not replying my emails and there customer support number is switched off.

                        Now as a customer what should we do. It's our hard earned money. We can't let it go.

                          I am the regular customer of clear trip. We had to cancel the Ticket. and I got the email about refund but I didnt get the refund.

                          trip Date - 26 June 2020

                          Reason is that the account o[censored]sed debit card for the ticket as been permanently closed.

                          I want refund in my other bank account. I have tried a lot to contact the Cleartrip team but they are not at all responding on this. The amount is really much for me to get.

                          Kindly do the needful for giving my refund back to me in my other bank account number.

                            Refund for Air India tickets

                            I booked Air India flight tickets for the month of April from Hyderabad to Pantnagar.                               I requested long time for the refund of requested cancelled booking due to covid issue. cleatrip have cancelled already as per them but when i check the status in etihad airlines stil not cancelled adn trying to contact cleatrip via email but even one response nothing came.

                                I paid for a roundtrip ticket (Dubai-Manila & Manila-Dubai) last January 2020. The flight was supposed to be last July but I had it cancelled because of the pandemic. It has been 3 and half months now since it was cancelled but no refund has been credited to my account.

                                I hope that it will be refunded since I am in a very tight financial situation.

                                    There is no response of consumer complaint Id number 2669244 dated 17 July, 2020 regarding not refunded of amount Rs.7089 of INDIGO FLIGHT of trip I'd[protected] till date.
