I have booked hotel Cleartrip with trip ID is[protected] but due to some serious problem in my family I was not able to used the service. As per booking policy of Cleartrip they said you can cancell the booking any time we will refund your money back.

But now they are not ready to refund my money.

    Trip ID[protected] has been cancelled on 13-October-2020. The airline (Indigo) cancelled the flight.

    Since 13-October-2020, 16 day have gone (till today, 29-October-2020) but the amount has still not been credited to my original mode of payment.

    Repeated calls to the call centre number [protected] has the same response - "The tickets have been cancelled and the status is refunded. Please wait for 5-7 days."

    On the last call, I had spoken to a person named Vijay Mishra. He mentioned that the refund has not been processed. This matter will be escalated.

    However, I have not received any further information from him or Cleartrip thereafter. No one is able to provide any information on what is wrong and how long it will take to refund.

    This is looking like a scam and fraudulent action from Cleartrip.

    Please expedite this matter so that a resolution could be reached.

    The refund amount has been credited to my original mode of payment. I had received an email stating that Cleartrip had processed the refund amount on 29-Oct-2020. The email address is [email protected]. I checked the statement of my original mode of payment and the amount is now reflecting minus the cashback amount from Amazon. This is exactly as expected. The matter is now resolved to my satisfaction.

      Hello,

      I had a flight booking on date 23rd may 2019 (Trip Id:[protected]. Which was cancelled due to covid pandemic. As per government guidelines they have to make full refund to the customer. But they given me the credit shell amount, Which i can use while next booking.

      Now I am doing a booking for same passengers, route, flight. But when I am applying PNR for using Credit Shell amount. It is not working.

      I have emailed to Cleartrip to this issue but did not got any response yet.
      Now I am fed up by waiting for there response. I want confirm my booking but not able to that because of irresponsible service of Cleartrip.

      Please make refund, Now I don't have trust on Cleartrip. Worst service provider.

      Hello,

      Airline has refunded my money on date 9th November 2020, But cleartrip is not refunding the amount in my account yet. I am fed up by writing emails to them again and again.

      I have shared the screenshot of email in which spice jet has clearly said we have refunded your amount, please co-ordinate with cleartrip for same. Now cleartrip is not replying my emails and there customer support number is switched off.

      Now as a customer what should we do. It's our hard earned money. We can't let it go.

        I am the regular customer of clear trip. We had to cancel the Ticket. and I got the email about refund but I didnt get the refund.

        Trip ID [protected]
        trip Date - 26 June 2020

        Reason is that the account o[censored]sed debit card for the ticket as been permanently closed.

        old debit card ending -

        I want refund in my other bank account. I have tried a lot to contact the Cleartrip team but they are not at all responding on this. The amount is really much for me to get.

        Kindly do the needful for giving my refund back to me in my other bank account number.

          Refund for Air India tickets

          I booked Air India flight tickets for the month of April from Hyderabad to Pantnagar. I have raised many complaints but either they say they are working on it or partial refund will be initiated.According to the DGCA guidelines all the tickets booked during covid are eligible for full refund.           Air Asia has cancelled my return scheduled trip. Checked with AirAsia, they said it has been refunded to agen. But Cleartrip has not refunded to me. It is almost 3 weeks now i am following up but no refund is received. inspite of following up daily no response from them.

            I requested long time for the refund of requested cancelled booking due to covid issue. cleatrip have cancelled already as per them but when i check the status in etihad airlines stil not cancelled adn trying to contact cleatrip via email but even one response nothing came.

              I paid for a roundtrip ticket (Dubai-Manila & Manila-Dubai) last January 2020. The flight was supposed to be last July but I had it cancelled because of the pandemic. It has been 3 and half months now since it was cancelled but no refund has been credited to my account.

              I hope that it will be refunded since I am in a very tight financial situation.

                  There is no response of consumer complaint Id number 2669244 dated 17 July, 2020 regarding not refunded of amount Rs.7089 of INDIGO FLIGHT of trip I'd[protected] till date. There is no response after several complaints. Kindly look into this matter at the earliest. I will be highly obliged.

                    I had made a Air Travel Ticket Booking for a round trip ticket (7, 10 May 2020) the same got cancelled due to Covid 19.

                    I am trying for a refund from Cleartrip since May 2020 however they are just responding with automated emails on how to use a credit shell which i clearly dont want

                    As the supreme court has also ruled that travel agent has to refund to the passenger for tickets cancelled during covid -19

                    I am trying to reach cleartrip customer care through phone for the past many weeks daily. However most of the times the phones get disconnected or waiting time is more than a hour

                    By luck i got connected once to the customer care the executive asked me to call the airline as they have to refund with no other option i contacted Air India. They clearly denied that the travel agent has to refund you have not paid ask refund from the airline

                    Since then cleartrip is harrasing me for all the emails i send them they reply their with automated emails on how to use a credit shell i have more than 15-20 emails as proof

                    The passenger for whom i booked is not going to travel on a future date hence i need a refund at any cost

                          Dear Sir,

                          I have booked AIR India flight ticket from travel agent Cleartrip (Trip ID :[protected]. My destination was Dibrugarh to Bangalore, travel date was 8th July 2020. But flight was cancelled due to COVID. And same time I have checked with Airlines to cancellation process. As per Air India team I can use this ticket with fare difference Or I can cancel, if I canceled the ticket I will get full refund. On 8th Oct I have given request for cancellation to Clear trip but I got Zero refund. As per Clear trip team “booking airline has processing with open ticket or free amendment” but before I canceled the ticket I have given request for reschedule but as per AIR India it’s not a free amendment fare difference will be applicable & they confirm me that If I cancel the ticket I will get full refund & as ticket was booked through Travel agent & I should get touch with Clear trip, before that I also tried to call Cleratrip customer care number but it was not available.

                          Would requested to you, please help to get my refund. Thanks.

                            Hi Ticket has been cancelled due to covid19 and amount credited to credit shell. I twitted and cleartrip people agreed that amount is there in my credit shell but i am not able to book ticket. I am chasing them in twitter but no reply. When i am trying to book the ticket still i am getting the same error. Could anyone help me here. I am getting so many fraud calls also.

                              My trip id with Cleartrip is[protected], I was trying to reschedule my ticket on their app, they have scheme called Flexifly where they refund Rs 3000 if you reschedule your ticket basically “reschedule for free” scheme, I tried on their app and my bank Ac was debited with Rs 3501 on 3rd October but no ticket was generated, now they say it’s failed transaction but my bank confirmed that it was successful under the transaction id 70001054, now they are not returning my money, neither they are giving me a refund of the original ticket, in total they owe me Rs 6501, they lie and never return their calls and that too they callback once after emailing them 100s of times, I am sick and tired of dealing with them since past 3 weeks, they do not even have a direct email id or phone number, their reviews on twitter and google is filled with such complaints, strict action needs to be taken oresle they will keep looting customers.

                              Please advise what help you can provide.

                                Flight got cancelled on 23 March or Mumbai to diu. I was told I'll get refund by 19 October. It's been almost 7 months. I haven't received any refund nor a mail or any call from Cleartrip agent.

                                    Reference details - Flight on Egypt Air - Dubai - Sharm El Sheikh return (Trip ID: [protected]) - Booked under the name of Farzeen Pal for 2 passengers for May 22nd and return May26th

                                    Complaint
                                    1. ClearTrip has been giving me the run around for my airfare refund. After multiple calls from my end from sept to oct - have made about 10 calls. They keep saying airline has not approved ... no reason given, no follow up. They escalate after i ask them and keep following up

                                    2. After promising me a call back no one calls back or gives a status.

                                    3. Today/ 19th Oct I got was told (no official communication) that the airline will be giving me a credit voucher to be used and this will take time . I was shocked as my friend who was on the same flight and booked thru clear trip got a refund on his card - trip id [protected] of AED 8048.

                                    So I am asking how incompetent is the clear trip department that they process for one and not the other. They also do not care about customer service - have standard responses - sorry for the inconvinence. We will get back to you.

                                    Please help me get my refund back. Never will i use ClearTrip again
