Johannesburg - Mumbai return (Trip ID:[protected]
Have booked under freedom fare which clearly says you get full refund if you cancel the ticket.due to covid 19 I had to cancel and even flights were not operated. After rigorous follow up I got 523rs back. whereas I am liable to get full refund.have attached the pic for more clarity

    My trip id was[protected].

    The flight was from Delhi- Rome-Venice and return dated 07th March'2020, the onward flight Rome-Venice got cancelled due to COVID 19 and hence I cancelled my tickets. Even after 5.5 months they have not refunded . The actual airlines - Al Italia confirms that w.e.f. 17.07.2020 they have already processed the refunds but till date I have not received my refund !!!

      I had cancelled my flight ticket due to the COVID19 in last March and i had a message from ClearTrip to refund within 60days. however, it has not been done yet with only reply on my claiming email for 2 times up to now.

      Has it been past for how many months to be refund? i saw a gulf news for a specific refund complaining and you guys committed to refund to him. what a ridiculous situation to me. what am i doing?

      I am no longer being patient for the refund. i am really looking forward to your sincere consideration to expedite the refund process ASAP.

      Otherwise, i will report or chose other options to get back my money which seems to be taken by you.

      Was it be solved? When did you sove the refund request?
      It is really not common to understand that you have marked "resolved" on my complaining which i was raised.
      I am looking forward to your sincere reply ASAP!
      It has been going over 6 months since i request for the refund which i had cancelled.
      Please please please answer and give me my money as quickly as possible with sincererity of Cleartrip.
      I am sure that you Cleartrip is always towarding to a being Trust Company to the world.

        I booked a flight from New Delhi to Baghdogra & the travel date was 16th August, 2020.
        Due to lockdown, West Bengal govt cancelled all flights to the state from major cities like New Delhi, Mumbai, Pune etc and so my flight was cancelled. Now it's not new that due to Covid 19 pandemic everyone is financially affected including me. I wanted the refund so I that I can book another flight but they are asking that the refund will be processed by 12th October. Now the question is that, is Cleartrip living under a rock or is this still 2001. Why in the era of IMPS and RTGD, they will need 2 months to refund when it was the flight which got canceled. Someone should seriously look into this because a company like the size of cleartrip can earn lakhs of money from interest generated from people's money they hold for this time period.

          I have made a booking with ClearTrip on 18-Jun. The booking ID is[protected]. The Flight was from DEL to PAT G8 198 on 19-Jun departing DEL at 18:50. I Paid 1015 INR for this flight. I realized that I would miss my connection and hence changed my flight to another flight under the same booking number. The changed flight was 6E-6614 departing DEL at 21:00. I paid a change fee of 3800 INR. After making the payment of the difference amount, the money got deducted but the ticket was not updated with a message that booking cannot be processed. Then I proceed to make a fresh reservation and did that. The new trip ID was[protected] for flight 6E 6614 departing DEL at 21:00. For this fresh ticket, I paid 10287 INR. After buying this ticket, I received an email from the cleartrip (2 hours 20 minutes later) that my earlier change was completed and I now have 2 seats booked on the same flight. I eventually missed my flight due to a delay on an earlier flight and I went to the Indigo counter at the airport and they changed by flight to next flight by asking for an additional cost of some 350 INR under trip ID[protected].
          I contact Cleartrip to refund or compensate me for this mishap but have not received any response. Hence I am filing complaint against them.

                Hi team,
                This is to raise complaint against the clear trip agency as they are holding my money against the cancelled flight for 25th march amid lockdown. (Pnr-ke3w9a)
                Even though, the airline has processed refund amount from their end but clear trip has not yet processed it from their end.
                Sent out many emails and chasers but no response received.
                Due to lockdown, they have closed voice support but not responding over emails as well.
                Kindly help me out in getting my flight money back from the clear trip team.

                  I booked air ticket on date 29/3/20 from prayagraj to indore ticket pnr no. Jgzpmf. It was cancelled by compamy due to covid pandemic and they message me that you can use money by booking ticket in one year. I will not fly next year and i want my money back in my account. I called costumer care several times they tell me that i will be return in 1.. 2 month but thats not happened 6 month already gone. Please help me regarding this

                    I booked a ticket on 29/03/2020 but becose of lockdown ticket was cancelled by cleartip and they send message to use these money on next flight in one year.
                    I have no need to fly i want my money back in my account.
                    I called company customer care several time but they said it will refund soon.. 6 month already pass. Please help me regarding this. My ticket pnr no. Is jgzpmf

                      Flight From Nagpur To Kochi On 04th April(PNR-DDI5FY, Trip ID[protected] Was Booked Through Cleartrip Agency. The Flight Was Cancelled By Airlines Due To Covid-19. Airlines Has Issued The Refund On 29th July And Confirmation Recieved Through SMS And Also By Customer Care Executive. But The Cleartrip Agent Has Not Yet Refunded The Amount Back To Customer Till Date. Refund Received For Return Journey From Kochi To Nagpur But The Amount For Nagpur To Kochi Is Still Pending.

                        Hello clear trip
                        my trip id[protected] booked for 16 Jan 2019 worth 41000 rs. It's been 7 months I'm yet to receive my refund and any sort of email reply from you guys. Please do the needful. Booked on a goa airlines flight. tweeted so many times but to no avail. during this pandemic this money is a huge amount which we are in need.

                          Dear sir,

                          On 08-mar-2020 i tried to book a ticket for my friend "yengkhom ibungoton", money was deducted from my account 2 times (Trip id:[protected] &[protected] but booking was failed, i have been asking cleartrip to refund my money, they took all my account number 3/4 times and after 15 times reminder they said "contact your bank money did not charged" i mail and personally went to my bank and they provided complete transaction details that money already paid to cleartrip. Now cleartrip is telling they can not refund the money contact bank.

                          I am in betweek bank and travel agent. Please help.

                          Moreover cleartrip harashing me since march to till date by asking 3/4 times account number my all life story details, and sometimes mailing me by saying we are trying to transfer your money but its return back, and at last they are saying 'money did not charged".

                          I have all the evidence what i am saying, please help me take action to refund my money with compensation.

                            Hi, we cancelled our both side air tickets in month of march 2020 but still we are waiting for our refund money.

                            Cleartrip dont have any contact number where we talk with them.

                            Whenever we emailed them they reply after some times that payment is under process.

                            I have checked with both airlines and they already send all the money to cleartrip in month of march.

                            Please help us if possible.

                                    I am trying to rebook my tickets and utilities my credit shell and i am unable to do so. Nobody from cleartrip is responding despite numerous emails and phone calls. Even the customer service is not available. This is really frustrating and complete harrasment of customer who trust the platform. Please resolve the issue asap.

                                      My concern relates to trip id [protected], pnr xknt3g (Passenger - surabhi upadhyay). We cancelled this booking and were eligible for full refund. Customer relations department of indigo airlines is saying that they have refunded amount of 6434 to cleartrips account on 12th july 2020. However we haven't received such refund from cleartrip.
