I cancelled my tickets with cleartrip on 13th march, 2020 due to the covid-19 issue and was informed that i would get my refund within 60 days. After following up with them, i was told that the refund application (Ra) was raised on 07th may (I don't know why they waited for almost 2 months to raise the ra) and i would get a refund after 60 days of raising the ra. I patiently waited for another 60 days only to be told by then that they are waiting for the airline to refund the money (Airindia in this case). I checked with the airline and was told that the ticket refund was already done from their side and asked me to check with clear trip.in spite of repeated emails, they keep insisting that they still haven't received the refund from the airline, whereas the airline says that the status for the ra shows as refunded in their system and that i should check with clear trip. I am slowly losing my patience and want this sorted out at the earliest. Kindly help me resolve this at the earliest and have my money refunded.
