I want refund. Flight was cancelled by spice jet i booked ticket through clear trip. I emailed to spice jet they responded your refund is initiated but still clear trip is not refunding my ticket fare.

    Reference to the mentioned trip id:[protected] it is informed by the airline authority that the ticket is not valid.
    You people have cheated me by providing false ticket and collect money.
    It is suggested to return my money back.

      I had booked tickets with cleartrip for lufthansa airline, the trip id are

      Received a communication saying that airline has reversed amount, upon checking again, they are saying airline is not refunding the amount.

      Checked with the airline and they confirmed the refund will be done.

      The team has failed to communicate

        The company is neither refunding my money, nor responding at all. The service has disappeared from the scene. Another credit shell created by them is not working.

            I booked a ticket on 5th june 2020, trip id[protected] i did not cancel this ticket as it got automatic cancellation of my refund -19 but i got refund rs.19716 but if i canceled my refund myself, why did i get so much amount? If i canceled my ticket automatically, why did not i get my full amount refund?

              Hi,
              I cancelled my tickets with cleartrip on 13th march, 2020 due to the covid-19 issue and was informed that i would get my refund within 60 days. After following up with them, i was told that the refund application (Ra) was raised on 07th may (I don't know why they waited for almost 2 months to raise the ra) and i would get a refund after 60 days of raising the ra. I patiently waited for another 60 days only to be told by then that they are waiting for the airline to refund the money (Airindia in this case). I checked with the airline and was told that the ticket refund was already done from their side and asked me to check with clear trip.in spite of repeated emails, they keep insisting that they still haven't received the refund from the airline, whereas the airline says that the status for the ra shows as refunded in their system and that i should check with clear trip. I am slowly losing my patience and want this sorted out at the earliest. Kindly help me resolve this at the earliest and have my money refunded.

                I have already sent them 100's of mail and the airlines have stated that the refund has been processed to Cleartrip. Yet they aren't responding to mail neither providing refunds. Attaches mail from the airlines

                  Cleartrip is not refunding my money for booking which was cancelled 3 months back. They dont have an option on calling via phone and do not respond well to emails.

                      My march flight was cancelled by indigo and they have already refunded the money back to cleartrip. But since last 1 month cleartrip hasn't refunded my money back - they keep asking me to wait for 10 days.

                        Cleartrip seems to be a fraudulent group, they have received the refund from the airlines 3 months ago and up until now they did not refund the money, every week i call them and they say 3 to 5 days the amount will be reflected into your account, a big mistake to deal with a such cheap website, pay more at a trusted site rather than to risk all your money with cleartrip

                            I have booked ticket for my parents(Avinash Chandra Shukla and Renuka Shukla) from cleartrip for New Delhi - Amsterdam( return ) for May 02, 2020 - May24, 2020.

                            Because of Corona, It has been cancelled by Indigo and as per indigo they have refund around 63 thousand INR to cleartrip
                            Its been since 70 days i have not received my amount in my bank account.I am continuously mailing cleartrip for the same issue.But I have not received my amount.

                                  I had booked ticket with the travel agency named cleartrip pnr:-yfqnsa, c9zfkp.
                                  Due to lockdown all flights were cancelled by the state government so it was impossible for me to travel on 30th april under pnr - yfqnsa. So that means if i was not able to go manglore then it is obvious that my tickets under pnr c9zfkp will also get cancelled. But still i am getting charged cancellation fee of 11, 508. Also the tickets were cancelled in the month of april when the lockdown was extended by honourable uddhavji bala shaheb thackeray. It’s been more the 70 days now i haven’t received a single penny back and i am trying and asking the agency and airlines to refund the amount from 15th june.
                                  Today i got email from they that they will refund me amount of inr 714 and the amount i paid for booking was 24, 407. The tickets got cancelled due to lockdown extension then why these agencies are doing such fraud.

                                    My flight was supposed to be from 11th june 2020 to 18 june 2020. I booked my flight using cleartrip but it got cancelled due to coronavirus. I had asked for an refund since may 1st and it has now been over 2 months and they have not yet returned my money. They keep repeating “dont worry it will be there in the next week”, the hell it is. They also said emirates hasn’t returned their money but emirates claims that its from another website. I even mentioned this to cleartrip and they still haven’t done anything. I am really not going to use them again.
