I have booked ticket for my faimaly on 19th april 20, which has been automatic cancelled due to corona virus issues. Now, we got confirmation from flight vendor (Indigo), that credit shell has been issues inr - 31098, however there is no information from cleartrip, neither they are picking phone on customer care. There is no process for booking same ticket on another date using credit shell. Need support from dealing with cleartrip kind of companies.
