The flight i was supposed to take with go air on 5th was cancelled. I have noticed that no refund has yet been given to me. It is cery difficult to sybmit for a refund with cleartrip as i have no phone to make a phone call at the moment and their email address has not been working saying it is not valid.

Booked a ticket last nov. 18 and it was payment failed. The said it will be refunded by 2-7 days working days until now haven't received the amount. Call the customer service many times and they have same answer "we will escalate the concern" and now its already included in my statement. I'm leaving uae for good on dec 7, i cannot close my account only because of this issue. I hope you will solve this issue today....

I have booked hyderabad-trivandrum return ticket by indigo through cleartrip for self & sarita manohar by indigo-forward 10 dec & return 12 dec. Ticket id[protected], airline pnr oilmjj. Paid through axis bank online to ech processing solutions. I got a printout also. But in my cleartrip account, status of this ticket is being shown as cancelled....

Trip ID :[protected], Air India AI933 Kochi to Dubai, Sunday 1 December 2019. Baggage allowance printed on clear trip ticket was 40kg. Accordingly, I went to check in Kochi Airport with 40kg check in baggage. However, it was explained that the baggage allowance was only 30kg and I was forced to pay INR 4, 500 towards excess baggage fee.

I book my ticket from delhi to kolkata and then cancel with the permission of clear trip they said that full amount is refundable according to dgc policy. And then they cancel my ticket and after 7 days i ask then they tell we will call back u in 48 hours your case is highlited and then again 2-3 times i call same reply sorry for inconvenience call back in 48 hours and didn't give me refund. Regarding multiple attempts to get the grievance address but to no avail, vide above ref no. I tried booking flights on 21st november via the cleartrip website from hyderabad to kolkata for the dates of 20th december and 5th january. On payment, my money got deducted through the payu getway, but the site quoted status pending and did not assign me a trip id. On 20th Nov'19 i had purchased ticket from bagdogra to delhi for 21st feb, 2020. However, ₹3273 was deducted while purchasing ticket but ticket was not booked and it was mentioned payment failure. I had made payment via google pay. My trip id is[protected]. I have contacted cleartrip customer care several times but Till date amount has not been credited back....

I have tried to book flight tickets from bangalore to hyderabad.
Clear trip charged me for the amount, but the booking is not done.
I have tried calling them on their number, but it says the number on the website doesnt exist anymore. Please help to contact clear trip and get the booking done or amount refunded to my account immediately.

I got nice pop up message that it would irritating.. Cleartrip would be contacting within 4 hours…

Hi, On 20th of November i tried to book ticket from ahemdabad to mumbai for Flight SG636 for travel date 21/11/2019. but it was failed transaction amount debited from account but ticket was not booked. immediately i got call that your booking was failed .

I booked del to kul round trip flight through cleartrip website. It mentioned 20 kg check-in baggage while booking but no baggage added in airline ticket and the same was confirmed through airlines helpline. Then i called cleartrip helpline and they said that you have to talk to airline for checkin baggage that bought me mental trauma and financial loss by paying extra money....
