My cleartrip id is[protected]. My ticket was for 30th may, 2019 from dubai to delhi and viceversa on 29th june... For two people.
I booked through cleartrip for jet airways.
The jet airways got canceled and cleartrip cancelled my flight also without permission. Later they told that they will give refund but now 9 months passed and yet no refund.
My cousins and friends also booked the ticket from cleartrip and other websites and they got alternatives for same day and also refund for the same. But to me they didnt even give any alternative nor the refund.
The total cost of ticket was 2260 aed, its ny total two months salary... No one is understanding my pain at all that i need the money back. Please provide my money back... Please its a request. I booked through cleartrip so i trusted you people and you are the people responsible for giving the refund only.

Please help me getting my money back. Please

    I had booked tkt in the name of prakash parvatikar and mrs vandana parvatikar vide pnr noz82lfv and re99wd
    Due to wrong entry of passenger name.
    The name should have been vijayalakshmi parvatikar instead of vandana (Which the name prio to marriage)

    The flight and dates are same and only name has to be changed
    Pl intimate additional charges to be paid and method of payment also

      Hello Team,

      The ticket as per the below mail from Go Air for today 15 Jan is a fraud ticket as I am not boarding this flight. The PNR of this ticket matches with the attached ticket which is a valid ticket i.e Date of Journey is 15 Jan, 2020 from Pune to Kolkata.

      Attached is my valid ticket dated 15 Jan 2020 from Pune to Kolkata. PNR is J72GFM.

      Please Notre the below ticket from Go air is not mine and I am not boarding this flight.

      Please check at your end.

        I have cancelled my ticket on 10/11/2019 my travel id number is[protected] followed up with cleartrip 4 times already, but always received an answer the airline has not transferred the money yet and we are looking into it and get back to you in 24 to 48 hours but nobody got back to me each time it has been 40 days now and i am still waiting on it

          Dear madam or sir, we tried to book train tickets from jaipur to agra on december 13th in germany. After inputting credit card data, your system jumped directly to ircto.co.in. We didn't get any confirmation. But our credit card was charged 4 times with different accounts from you. We are the foreigners, we couldn't find any customer service email adress from yours. Looking forward to your explanation and a solution to our problem. Thank you in advance!

            I booked two tickets on 12 Nov 2019 at 15:51 hrs
            New Delhi → Mumbai - Indigo
            Mumbai → New Delhi - GoAIR

            Just after the booking I realized I have to cancel these tickets, I immediately called cleartrip customer care. They told me If I book another tickets of Indigo for the same day, all my amount(full refund) will be refunded for Indigo.

            After some time I got a call from Cleartrip that I will get a full refund for my GOAir bookings too.

            I cancelled my tickets.

            Now, They have refunded my GOAIR booking amount but full refund of Indigo is still pending.

            Its been more than a month I am trying to get an explanation. All they say is they will hear the recordings and call me in 48 hrs.
            I called them 5 times but they never called me to explain why I dint get my amount for Indigo

              The date was selected wrongly hence i cancelled within a couple of minutes.

              And i got a email of refunded amount. The value is zero

                I have booked my ticket for the date of 30 october 2019 from dubai to delhi, then on 28 october, i have amended the ticket for 5th december, payment has been deducted from my account and never came back and cleartrip did not issue the ticket to me stating that there was some error of your payment that also they told me when i tried to call those people and ask for the ticket. After calling these people for more than 25days there is no news from them of my refund of the ticket and amendment charges. Even now whenever i am calling these people just saying sir in 24-48 hrs, i'll help you but no news.

                Now if there was an error of the payment of something they should have at least call to the customer that sir you tried to amend your ticket but it has issue please make the amendment again but there was no call, and when i am trying to reach these people for the refund of my ticket they are only promising for 24-48 hrs.

                This is my second complaint as a follow-up for the first one of amount still not received ...


                Got a call from ur team a month back confirming that the payment will be done but till now nothing has been done or received...

                Are u making a mockery out of this whole thing...

                  I had book my family ticket (Date : 16/12/2019) by clear trip for 4 passenger, after my booking couldn't complete and i got massage "oops, your booking didn't go through" and they said within 4 we will contact you but no one contact me until now, i didn't receive any email or message, also money detected from my credit card, how i get the refund?

                    I have try to book flight tickets in clear trip website.in the payment page, when i go for payment through card after entering all details it is showing "we are unable to accept this card. Please try using another card." after that i have change the card, but same problem happend. Also i have try to pay through net banking, then also it is showing "invalid netbanking details".

                    Till now i am unable to book tickets. Kindly help me to book tickets.

                      I booked a ticket from cleartrip last night from hospet junction to mysuru junction at feb. 11 from 4 persons, total of 4964.15inr. My bank charged me successfully but i got "payment gateway error" with the reason "session expired". I received no confirmation of my booking. I wrote to [protected]@cleartrip and my email bounced back immediately and it doesn't exist. I tried to send message through its facebook account and i am told it is not available. I am afraid being cheated. Please help.

                        Dear Team, due to some of my personal problem I have been cancelled my trip on 28/11/2019. As conversation with your customer care I have come to know that the refund amount will be deposited in my account with in 5-7 working days. But unfortunately I didn't receive any amount in my account till now. For your kind information, my travel date was 26/12/2019. I have been cancelled it before 28 days of my travel.

                        Need your kind support please on this issue.

                          I had booked a ticket with cleartrip on 7/12/2019 for which payment failed but money was debited. They sent me an email saying money would be returned within 5-7 days but still haven't recieved the refund. I tried reaching out to the customer care but it's automated and no one available. Please make sure they refund the amount asap. My trip id is[protected].

                            I had initiated the payment process for a booking of a flight from qatar (Hamad international airport) to dubai (Dxb international airport) on 14th dec 2019 via muscat but my booking did not get through and i was charged the whole amount of 1196 qar from my credit card. I do not have a booking id or anything because i did not receive any message or emails from cleartrip but i do have a screenshot of the page that says my booking did not go through but the payment was initiated. Please find attached the copy of the same. Please help me get my refund. It has put me in a very critical state so i kindly request the kind team at cleartrip to look into this matter and do the needful. Providing my contact and email address below which i have entered on the website during the booking. Please please help me out.

                              I booked a ticket from cbe to hyd trip id is[protected]Dec 05). Paid rs.5258. But i didn't received confirmation mail immediately from your side. So i booked another ticket cbe to hyd trip id is[protected]., paid 5258. Immediately i got the confirmation. After few minutes i receive the confirmation ticket for trip id[protected]. I dont want two tickets on the same day. So i cancelled the ticket of trip id[protected]. Cancellation also accepted and i received the refund rs. 748. December 05 morning i went the check in inside the airport, that time the staff from indigo said, my ticket already cancelled and names also not there in passenger list. And he said that your both tickets are having the same pnr number (Fg5msp). How the two tickets will get same pnr? Because of the mistake from cleartrip i lost my confident and respectness in airport. Its a very bad experience for me. Then i booked another ticket from indigo for my travel pnr is nmi1jn. Today i given a complaint to cleartrip and i received a call from cleartrip number [protected]. He didnt say any proper answers for my queries. (My mobile number is xxxxxxx885). So i kindly request you to return back my full paid amount for both the tickets i have booked. Because mistake is from yourside. Hope you will do favor for me and problem will get solved soon.

                                I have submitted a consumer complaint on 1 december 2019 for which i got a status update from consumer complaints.in on 2 december 2019 that 'clear trip support has been notified about the posted complaint'. After which, i have not received any update as of 9 december 2019.

                                Kindly update on my refund paid for baggage allowance.

                                  I am trying to contact cleartrip via their call center, since yesterday
                                  either they put the call on hold for 15 min or promising a call back which did not happen. ( they told me to contact shanghai airline)
                                  I am want to cancel a flight will take a place by 12/12/2019
                                  all i want is to know if it going to be refunded or not or fully or partially,
                                  They are not professional at all they hanged the call up twice.

                                  I contacted shanghai airlines (8/12/2019) (4:30pm) UAE timings on
                                  +[protected]they asked to contact clear trip)
                                  and the agent shouted at me and told me to stop talking.
                                  it was the most rudest behavior ever and he refused to let me to speak to a manager,
                                  i called again asking for any answers or even the complaint if it was reflected he hanged up the call!
                                  i want to complaint against them and an answer for my simple inquiry before the flight date

                                    We booked our 3 air tickets from jaisalmer to ahmedabad on 26th october 2019 at 12.40 am & cancelled on 27th october 2019 at 11.30 pm but still we have not refund our amount. Our trip id is [protected]
                                    We need our refund amount asap as it has passed one month. As per your mail refund amount is 6812/- after deduction of all charges. After this i received email that refund amount is 0. How it's possible as i cancelled my tickets before 12 hours and as per rules i get minimum 50%

                                    I have booked a flight for 26/12/2019 and i asked customer care to either reschedule it or cancel it.

                                    Immediately after booking on 12/04/1029 i called and intimated them to cancel or reschedule my booking.

                                    But the charges for rescheduling and cancelling are very high.

                                    Are the charges in government norms?
