I book my ticket from delhi to kolkata and then cancel with the permission of clear trip they said that full amount is refundable according to dgc policy. And then they cancel my ticket and after 7 days i ask then they tell we will call back u in 48 hours your case is highlited and then again 2-3 times i call same reply sorry for inconvenience call back in 48 hours and didn't give me refund. My complaint no is 10195450 please solve this.

I have booked a flight on Nov 21st 2019. And i have my ticket at the same day. Today its Dec 1st 2019. Its more than 9 days. Help me on getting my refund amount back. " My booking id[protected]" Please help me.

    Regarding multiple attempts to get the grievance address but to no avail, vide above ref no. I have booked a ticket mistakenly rpr-bom-rpr instead bom-rpr-bom, just with in 2 hrs of booking on date informed the call centre no, but it has come to my utter surprise that deduction of 18930/will be applicable if i cancel the ticket as that was the only option suggested to me.. I hope cleartrip will understand the hard earned money and will do the the needful as an exceptional case.

      I tried booking flights on 21st november via the cleartrip website from hyderabad to kolkata for the dates of 20th december and 5th january. On payment, my money got deducted through the payu getway, but the site quoted status pending and did not assign me a trip id. I confirmed with my bank that my money has been deducted, but i cant find any instance of the trip anywhere on the website. Additionally, the customer care department is not entertaining me without a trip id. Attaching the bank message from hdfc:

        I have booked flight to kozhikode from kolkotha on november 9th. Due to the cyclone flight cancelled and we have requested for refund of the same. I have booked the ticket through cleartrip. I am attaching the e-ticket for your information. Please take immediate steps to refund the same at the earliest. It has been more than 3 weeks that we haven't received the refund. Flight got cancelled not because of our fault.

          Hi my trip ID is[protected]

          My alliance air flight no. AI 9808 from Chandigarh to Kullu of dated 24th of August 2019 was cancelled by the airlines and it was communicated to cleartrip the next day. After that I called up cleartip many a time and was told that due to some error on cleartip part the refund got delayed. I called up today at 18:15 and was again told the same story that due to some error on our part the fund got delayed.

          I am pained to write that cleartrip does not care about the customer's
          issues. This is the worst experience of my life.
          I forced to write this mail with the hope that my refund would be made at the earliest possible.

            I have checked my bank account and i have had 8 transactions come out of my account instead of the two i intended to make.

            Please can you support me to arrange a refund?

                  On 20th Nov'19 i had purchased ticket from bagdogra to delhi for 21st feb, 2020. However, ₹3273 was deducted while purchasing ticket but ticket was not booked and it was mentioned payment failure. I had made payment via google pay. My trip id is[protected]. I have contacted cleartrip customer care several times but Till date amount has not been credited back.

                    money deducted, but flight booking not done

                    I have tried to book flight tickets from bangalore to hyderabad.
                    Clear trip charged me for the amount, but the booking is not done.
                    I have tried calling them on their number, but it says the number on the website doesnt exist anymore. Please help to contact clear trip and get the booking done or amount refunded to my account immediately.

                    On the 19th november you took 1805 qar from my bank account and did not confirm my flight, i received a messaging saying this would be refunded in 24 hours, 7 days later i have still not received this refund, this is unacceptable as i needed to book this flight, please advise urgently when this payment will be refunded, you should have not taken the money if the flight could not be confirmed, this is terrible service,

                      I was booking flight ticket del-coimbatore to & fro for dec.19.

                      Payment of 7751/- deducted from my a/c with ref 25.11.19 –iin/cleartrip p /[protected]/[protected] for rs 7802/-. Icici bank..

                      I got nice pop up message that it would irritating.. Cleartrip would be contacting within 4 hours…

                      But i did not get any reply / call.

                      When i tried reach[protected] – it says wrong no.. And[protected] – it ask for trip id…???

                      Can any one update…

                          displayed 20kg check in baggage while booking but no baggage added in airlines

                          I booked del to kul round trip flight through cleartrip website. It mentioned 20 kg check-in baggage while booking but no baggage added in airline ticket and the same was confirmed through airlines helpline. Then i called cleartrip helpline and they said that you have to talk to airline for checkin baggage that bought me mental trauma and financial loss by paying extra money....

                          Issue: i tried booking 6 air tickets from cleartrip site. Money got deducted and ticket was not issued. I got an email telling refund will be processed in 3- 4 working days, but still not refund has been processed yet.
                          Frustrating...

                          I received a mail that i will get the refund in 7 days.
                          Now its 21 days and still i didnt got any refund from clear trip.
                          My banking partner replied that there was no refund transaction intiated by clear trip

                            On nov 19, 2019 while booking accomodation at hotel comfort inn vadodara for 5 guests (4 adults and a child) through hdfc bank netbanking, after providing the credentials, i got an error message and i did not get any booking confirmation. But the amount has got debited from my bank account. The error message said, if the amount has been debited from my bank account, the transaction status will be confirmed to the merchant, in this cleartrip, the next working day. Next day, on 20th nov, 2019 i called hdfc customer care and they confirmed that the transaction was successful. But now i dont have any way to cross check with cleartrip if the booking is confirmed. I did not receive any email from cleartrip.

                            If i call cleartrip customer care, the ivr asks for trip id. But in my case, i dont even know if the booking is confirmed and hence i dont have a trip id. Please confirm, if my booking is successful and share the confirmation.

                            I am attaching the bank transaction reference and the error message that was displayed.

                            I also posted a message in the facebook page of cleartrip. Immediately they responded by sending the trip id. WIth that I was able to speak to customer care. They assured that after 4 days the money will be refunded as the booking did not go through at all. I have got the money recredited to my bank account. Thanks for taking my complaint to the merchant.

                              I booked a flight from prayagraj (Ixd) to bangalore (Blr) for 29th oct 2019. I paid additional 199 for flexifly so that reschedule charge upto 3200 will refunded if plan changes. I did reshedule the flight later to 31st august and paid around 6500 for reschedule. Later i received a link from flexifly to submit bank details for reschedule refund. I did submit the details on 16 oct itself successfully. Today i checked my bank statement and mail to check if any refund came but no, nothing.
                              I clicked the link again from the previous mail for bank details submission, which is showing error on submission now.

                              I wouldn't have reschedled if i knew that the flexifly service is a fraud.

                                Hi i have booked tickets on 13 nov (Delhi to goa and goa to delhi) from 10th dec to 14 dec. I made payment but dont know the reason tickets haven't booked but amount has been debited which is 23, 466. My trip id is[protected]. Its been more than 6 days but did nt receive the amount kindly tell me whats the delay. As u see the amount is big. Just tell me when will i receive my money. I gave u all the information u needed.

                                  Complaint / grievance against clear trip.com for not getting full refund of air tickets when the flight was cancelled by air asia
                                  Case in details: cleartrip.com trip id no. [protected]
                                  Air asia flight ticket booked on line through cleartrip.com on 18.08.19
                                  Flight details : air asia flight no. 15-598 ccu-pnq from kolkata to pune of 2nd january2020 for 4 persons confirmed tickets for rs.23, 478
                                  Payment : through debit card
                                  1. Air asia informed through email on 18.10.19 about cancellation of the flight no.15-598 ccu-pnq of 2nd january 2020 due to operational reasons and approved full refund of the tickets (Copy of air asia email) within 30 days of claim.
                                  2. I lodged claim of on line with clear trip.com on 25th october 2010 giving the pdf copy of the email of air asia for getting full refund
                                  3. I checked through online that cleartrip.com was showing full refund of the tickets booked against the trip id [protected]
                                  4. Clear trip.com sent an intimation on 27th october for an amount of rs.9, 148 only and i replied from my registered android phone to cleartrip about the full refund as per air asia email as i was not having access to email at that point of time. But i got intimation from my bank that an amount of rs.9148 credited to my bank account on 2ndnovember, 2019.

My question is how cleartrip.com deducted rs.14, 330 when the flight has been cancelled by air asia due to change of the route for operational reasons and allowed full refund. Cleartrip.com is an authorised agent of the airlines and must abide by the instructions of airlines recommendations for refund of money for such type of cancellation. The passengers are at no fault on such cancellation.
                                  6.in view of above details i request the controlling authority of the grievance cell under the ministry of civil aviation to intervene and help me to get full refund of the cancelled tickets.

                                  I made many calls to Cleartrip.com to follow the full refund. Every time I get the same answer that awaiting confirmation from airlines. Since 27th October till now I made 7 calls but nothing has been changed from the stereotyped reply.
                                  Is it a cheating business run by Cleartrip.com on the nose of the NDA Government who promised a clean system for the development of digital India. Is it the example by Cleartrip.com?
                                  All about business they make money for cancellations because its not a full refund anyway so why care, after 24 hours after 48 hours no one will call, why can't they just directly we cannot do anything for changed name we just put it there for display, don't call yourself customer support!!!
