I booked a air ticket with clear trip in month of aug 2019. The amount of rs 4149 was immediately deducted from my account and i recieved message providing a booking reference no.[protected] with pnr no. Tvn82g. On trying to retrieve booking using this information i came to know that there is no booking or ticket available. Now i am in fix since at last moment the tickets are very expensive and i have already paid rs 4149 to book...

I recently tried to book flight to phuket, the payment got deducted but did not receive any confirmation. I think there was site issue, it was too slow or maybe internet was slow. But there should be customer service executives available to execute the basic service of consoling and solving the customer complaints.
No one is available with cleartrip customer service with whom i can directly talk to resolve the issue.

Fake message in inbox. Link attached and said to claim airtickets free by clicking on link after clicking clear trip app downloaded and there is no offers. I complaint to customer care they given complaint number and promise to resolve in two days after two days they requested for more two days to resolve. After that there is no response from them. The airline has issued me refund for the following pnrs but cleartrip is a dishonest company and have not given my refunds and they claim that i have not been issued any refund by airlines, but when i connect with the airline they showed me the below details:

When i submitted the refund request they replied that this can not be done because of airline's policy.
I used to call the airline office and they denied any issue and they said just you have to contact the cleartrip for refund.

Trip id:[protected], a refund of return tickets which was canceled due to airline insolvency is not yet provided and there is no case id or ticket id provided by the customer care nor the ceo of the company has provided any resolution.
