We cancelled one round trip (Trip id:[protected] from clear trip and they confirmed full refund for this trip. The reason for cancellation was that air lines changed the flight schedule timings and we were entitled for full refund. Clear trip had arranged joint tele conversation with air lines (Aeroflot) and air lines confirmed on phone full refund in this case i. E. Rs.47, 401/-. After that we received several mail from cleartrip for making refund, but in every mail they change dates for refund.

Here is sequence of communication from the clear trip with respective copies at attachment. It is close to 4 months now that cleartrip confirmed full refund and now they are changing their stands again. We got fed-up making vigorous follow-up on customer care number of cleartrip with no results.

Sequence of mail:-
1. June 18th confirmation mail received from cleartrip to process full flight refund mentioning all routes covered in the ticket within 7 – 8 days.

2. July 18 at 9:30 pm confirmation mail from cleartrip that refund will the processed no later than 1 day.

3. July 18 at 12:46 pm, confirmation mail from cleartrip that refund will be processed within 8 days.

4. Mail received on 6th sept. From cleartrip asking us to send passport copy and request letter, which we provided immediately (Copy attached)

I request clear trip to arrange our full refund of rs.47, 401/- at the earliest possible as it already huge delay of around 110 days.

    My booking id is[protected] this booking was cancelled but they deducting money from my bank how can i get my money back, please give me some assurance, after deducting my money i seen review about this app which is very bad i am very much tensed please don't cheated my money i am not a very rich pearson so please help me to get my money faster...

    Payment made for train ticket on 19 Sep 19 to clear trip through my cleartrip account. Amount deducted from my account but not get my ticket and money is not revert back to my account. Because there is no trip id so iam unable to contact to cleartrip. Payment of 2850/- made on 19 Sep 19.
    Request refund.
    I had booked ticket from Chennai to Delhi for the date, 11th February 2019.
    Flight timing, departure at 4.45 am from Chennai and arrival at Delhi at 7.50am.

      Clear trip doesn't own any of their customer problems, i made a reservation to go goa dated 12th october 2019 using their designated mobile app but to my surprise the amount got deducted but the tickets were not confirmed when i tried calling them for getting the status on the transaction there is no option to speak to anyone, as there is only a standard ivr reply which gives a robotic reply... I understand about the company's capabilities of having ai customer support system but still as a company who is into service industry that to in the travel segment they should by default have an option of human interface to resolve the customer issues... I lost hope on this company with my latest experience... I'm wondering about ppl who is not well versed with the mobile app how would they get their issue resolved... These companies charge a hefty amount in the name of convenience fee but they don't provide any convenience for the customer..

        I had return ticket from DXB to Bahrain from 1st October, 2019 to 3rd October, 2019 (Cathay Pacific) .

        As per flight Schedule from DXB to Bahrain I was at airport before 2 hour (Around 5:30 AM) from departure. I was in queue and I got an email that "Your ticket has been cancelled".

        But I had't cancelled the ticket. I am shocked. I had called cleartrip, They said you had cancelled from your mobile. I have called them 3 times around 5:45 AM. (Almost each call with 35-40 Mins). They were keep me waiting on the phone.

        I am not getting proper answer till 7:45 AM. They said "Our manager is not on the floor. He will come around 10:00 AM as per IST.

        I have to booked the new ticket at airport with AED 1050/- (One Way)

        i didn't understand how it was happened. It might be technical issue but Cleartrip people are not accepting this.

        I am desperate with cleartrip service.

        It was also happened before 1.5 year with me, But at that time I have much time to booked a new ticket and cleartrip had refunded my amount.

        But this time they are not accepting this after doing many follow ups.

        I don't understand, If reputed companies are doing the same, what we can say about them.

          I have purchased a ticket for travel from kolkata to chennai on 20/08/2019. However, due to unavoidable circumstance i reached airport before the departure of 28 minutes.             On 1st october 11:58: 57 through paytm.

            Paytm has confirmed that the transaction is successful and have given me bank transaction id [protected] to be given to cleartrip.

            Now there is no way to contact cleartip as their automated services do not allow any contact without a trip id.

            And paytm cannot do anything about the amount unless cleartrip gives me a letter that the payment was not received.

              This is Sanjay Mehta from Mumbai, I have booked ticket from Mumbai-Porbandar, on 23rd Jun through Clear trip website "www.cleartrip.com" . They have received payment of INR 8196/- in their HDFC account but they have never confirmed my tickets or provided me any details related to booking .I have been trying to connect with them on their email IDs and their customer care phone numbers which are all showing as invalid while calling into them . They have not responded my emails also . Pl need your hlep to escalate this .

                Clear trip made an error in my ticket — id no.[protected]

                Clear trip goofed up …. And they accepted their error...

                They asked me to book a new ticket with the airline and agreed to refund the amount.. I agreed and booked a ticket for rs.2222/ — ; now they are dragging this issue... Neither resolving nor refunding the amount.. Please help

                  Dear sir,

                  I had booked a ticket from ixu to del by ai for the 4th of oct 2019 and del to ixu on 9th of october by spice jet for 9th of october, clear trip id[protected] under the scheme flexifly.

                  I had asked for re-scheduling my ai flight from ixu to ndl on 9th of september and paid an amount of 5418=00 as an initial amount out of which partial amount was to be returned back to me after making this change. I was confirmed by the lady that the amount is received and request for change is done and you will get the ticket in few days.

                  I spoke to the cleartrip about it on 24th of september with one of your representative asking for the refund and ticket status. The gentleman mr. Dushyant, informed me that the request is in system and will take it up with concerned. I got a refund amount of 5318=00 rs on 25th of september and a copy of my old ticket on my e-mail without any change.

                  On contacting today with cleartrip for the new ticket, i was told that we had put an request for change of ticket on 9th of september and it has not gone through, so we have refunded you the amount. We can not help you further.

                  I asked for escalation matrix and was told that i should write to [protected]@cleartrip.com,

                  I am having copy of all the transactions with me. I need my ticket re-scheduled as per the terms of agreement of flexifly schme as per the my request on 9th of september 2019 which is available in system.

                  If i have opted for this plan which is issued to me and now if cleartrip dont want to fulfill is against the spirit of the scheme which i have opted and request also made well within time.

                  Request to issue me tickets without burdening me as the fair on the day on which request was sent was having a small differential amount.

                  Looking forward for a favorable response.

                    Hello,
                    I had booked my international flights through cleartrip. After around 25 days due to a personal problem, i had inquired with them about the refund details. Immediately i got an email stating i will get a refund of rs 32172 if the entire booking is canceled. I canceled my entire booking on the same day. After canceling the tickets i got an email saying i will get a refund of rs 27176 instead of 32172. I have been following up with cleartrip but every time i call them, they reply saying they need 24-48 hours which never ends.

                    I am attaching all the related emails for reference. Request you to look into the matter as early as possible.

                      I booked air ticket to travel on 25.09.2019 by indigo flight 6e 3518 from bengaluru to pune. Booking was done on 13.09.2019 and ticket was confirmed.in fact i paid extra amount for window side seat.
                      But to my surprise i received communication on 25.09.2019 morning 7 am, just few hours left to start, as my ticket was cancelled.
                      I have neither requested for cancellation nor otp confirmation from my side.
                      But they are arguing that i requested for cancellation.
                      In fact due to cancellation from their side my programme disrupted and also caused financial loss to me.
                      In fact i struggled hard to get alternate arrangements for travel.
                      Company may be instructed reimburse full amount with penalty.
                      They should not make unfair practices pushing commuters in to problem.

                          I have tried to book train ticket from goa to mumbai on 28-08-19. Amount of rs. 529 has been debited but the ticket hasn't booked. I din't receive any email or message neither regarding the ticket details nor the refund. As the ticket hasn't booked, there is no trip id but when i call customer care the very first question is enter your trip id. So i couldn't talk to the customer care.                               Hi i am sujith booked return flight from gaya to bangalore... I booked the tickets for 5 adults however they reflected 39999 inclusive of taxes. The amount deducted was 46000

                              Constantly received calls from their company asking to change the payment mode gateway without letting me confirming the ticket..

                              Finally the payment went through and found that the flight i selected was suppose to depart 9 am

                              But they sent me an air ticket for 3. 15 pm flight

                              Inspire of explaining them the situation of travelling with an kidney transplant patient.. They re fooling around and have promised a call back within 48 hrs.

                              They never called and they never work...
                              I suggest not to use their service as they are one big false promising company

                                Ticket booking on 4august 2019 from pune to ahmedabad, message on web shows sorry for the inconvenience, then mail received is enclosed herewith says you are trying to book ticket. This shows ticket not booked.
                                Refund my amount at the earliest. I communicated to indigo but wrong messages from clear trip create this situation or indigo server is may responsible.

                                    This is in reference with my Doha - Kathmandu return (Trip ID:[protected],
                                    my flight was finally cancelled by the airlines after making several calls on 28th July 2019.
                                    i have been religiously following up but every time the cleartripper says, you will receive a call and instead of that i receive an email which mentions we tried calling you but couldn't get thru it.
                                    I have my cousins who booked the same ticket and which as exactly done the way we did- but they all have received their refund. i called up the Himalayan airlines to confirm and they have confirmed saying my full amount was refunded to Clear trip.
                                    After that i tried calling the Clear-trip they kept saying you will receive in 40 days from the date i called every time.
                                    i called up again on 3rd Sept a lady supervisor took and call made me hold for 15 mins but informed me saying the airlines have cleared your money mam, its with the finance department of Clear-trip and it will only take 7 days more. today is 19th Sept, i had called yesterday a manager Basit mohammed who did not wanted to talk kept saying will call her back, and later as usual did not call but send an email we tried calling you but the same old story. nobody called neither messaged after that. i called up today again 19th Sept, it was transferred to a manager called Imran Mujavar- who was as rude as i am borrowing money from him- he said yes its with our finance by the end of Sept you will receive it- it will take 40 days more but i cannot email you all this(because its a lie). and then he raises his voice doesnt let me speak and disconnects the call, next min i call he is not available to take the calls- he can inform the cleartripper who is talking to me- tell her we will email her-but cannot come on the call. REALLY IS THIS IS HOW CUSTOMER IS DEALT WITH AND THEN HE BEHAVES AS IF HE IS DOING A FAVOR ON ME. THIS IS UTTER SHAME ON CUSTOMER SERVICE

                                    There is no information yet for the July ticket that was cancelled by the airlines.
                                    The clear trip still says, Himalayan airlines is not doing the refund, whereas Himalayan airlines have mentioned that there's no request from clear trip. Email attached.
                                    Don't know if clear trip is really willing to pay or play with peoples money like this. To mention they have some really disgusting managers to deal with, absolutely no respect and ethics to speak to a customer who is already been bothered by Clear trip-rather helping they make the situation much much difficult.

                                    Really don't know whom to approach further.

                                      I done booking for chennai to surat for 3 adults and one infant..round trip
                                      I'm looking for cancellation
                                      So read the full refund policy everything.
                                      They mentioned 300 per passenger per flight so approximately it's 1800( it's really bad refund deduction)
                                      My total charge of flight is 21300/-
                                      Once cancellation done I received the email stating that " your refund amount 2201/- will be receive in your so and so account"
                                      I was shocked
                                      What a cheating airline ticket booking company
