i have been religiously following up but every time the cleartripper says, you will receive a call and instead of that i receive an email which mentions we tried calling you but couldn't get thru it.

fraud app cleartrip

I done booking for chennai to surat for 3 adults and one infant..round trip
I'm looking for cancellation
So read the full refund policy everything.
They mentioned 300 per passenger per flight so approximately it's 1800( it's really bad refund deduction)
My total charge of flight is 21300/-

On 2 September 2019 around 9 pm while trying online ticket my money 4184 got deducted twice from my account and haven't receive confirmation ticket also, because of not havin trip ID can't reached their customer care also, but somehow complained in their company tweeter ..they said will get the refund (8368)but now its more than 15 days already and no news of refund ....

On 2 september around 9 pm i was trying to book online ticket for kolkata, it was showing payment failed so i tried once again still it was showing payment failed but money got deducted from my account. Because of not having trip id we could not contact them also but somehow we complain about it in their cleartrip tweet. They said we will get refund within 3-4 days but it's beeen more than 15 days already no refund at all....

pending refund for almost 3 months

Last june 22, 2019 i cancelled a 1 way flight from dubai to manila. After that i called the cleartrip customer care and informed them that the account i used to purchase my ticket is already close and i am requesting them to refund my ticket in my other account (Different country which is philippines) and they agreed. They ask informations and i provided it all. After waiting still they did not give my refund and ask me for the same info...

somebody is using my email id for booking tickets

A person named tejaswini surabhi is using my email id [protected]@gmail.com for a flight from hyderabad to jaipur in air asia. Trip id[protected]. Pnr number olvhnz. Ticket booked on 16 th september for a flight on 20 th sept kindly look into this matter urgently otherwise i am going to cancel their ticket. This is unacceptable and misusing of others property. I couldn't even cancel this ticket as it was not possible to cancel it online....

full refund not received yet

I have an issue with clear trip people trip id:[protected] refund reference number (Arn) i am jyotsna sornapudi who booked tickets for banglore to vizag for 22nd september 2019. baggage allowance misinformation

I have booked 3 qatar tickets to london through clear trip. I'm travelling there for my further studies which implies i will have a lot of things to carry from my home country.

While booking the tickets the baggage allowance was 30 kgs and just 4 days before the travel when i'm already done with my packing, i receive an updated ticket with only 25 kgs allowance.

Qatar has clearly said that it is cleartrip's fault...

refund for duplicate ticket

I booked Ethihad flight to London using Cleartrip on 26th June at 9:54AM after the payment, i see message transaction failed on Cleartrip page. Money go deducted from my credit card of amount 62487/-. As I didnt get any order /Trip ID, i created account with ClearTrip and checked the My trips, i didnt see any. I spoke to Creditcard Call center, they mentioned transaction might have failed and my amount will be returned in 5 working days and...

pending refund

I am still awaiting for my refund for my trip id[protected]. My ticket was cancelled by the airline for which i am entitled for full refund. I am awaiting my refund since more than 4 months now. This is really frustrating. I have lost my job and out of money. My refund is more than 50k.
I really need my money back so that i can use it in my difficult time.

And there is no concrete update fro cleartrip everytime i call...

amount deducted but train ticket hasn't booked

I have tried to book train ticket from goa to mumbai on 28-08-19. Amount of rs. 529 has been debited but the ticket hasn't booked. still pending refund

But got the error page while submitting the payment. Payment got deducted from credit card but flight was not booked.

I tried one more time and it again deducted the amount but booking was fail.

My son akhilvalatharadileep booked a ticket of indigo flight from mombai to cochin on 30th june 2019 through your website. But the flight was cancelled dew to the heavy rain at that time by the airport authority.
We requested to refund the amount to the indigo authority. They told us it is already refunded, and the money will be reached to the booking ajency.

failure transaction debited amount not refunded

Sir,

On 22nd aug 2019, i had made 2nos transactions to cleartrip for hotel booking purpose. Both the times the amount was debited from my axis bank savings account but the hotel was neither booked nor i got any response from the cleartrip. I had already lodged a complain at axis bank upi department with complaint id [protected], registered on 26/08/2019.
I was expecting return of the amount within 7 working days, but...
