I booked a ticket for two passengers myself and my wife from trivandrum to abudhabi withpayment rs 18272 for trip id[protected]. My payment was debited from my bank but it was unsuccessful. Kindly follow my complaint and do the needful as soon as possible. I booked several times with cleartrip but this is for first time i am facing this issue

    Trip id:[protected], a refund of return tickets which was canceled due to airline insolvency is not yet provided and there is no case id or ticket id provided by the customer care nor the ceo of the company has provided any resolution.

    Please note that passengers were able to travel from mumbai to dubai on march 17, 2019 (Sunday). However, as your aware jet airways ltd grounded indian international airline based in mumbai, india on 17 april 2019 and suspended all flight operations. The family was supposed to travel back to mumbai on june 12, 2019, which was not possible because of the insolvency of airline which was booked. The customer had to rebook the flights for his family.

    Customer has contacted clear trip customer service team and the response provided by them was too vague and not acceptable. Moreover, it is now oct 2019 which is more than 5 months to get his refund back to him. It is also noticed that customer care has not logged any complaint and not provided any case id or ticket id even after requesting for more than 8 times.

    Further to my investigation on insolvency details via jet airways website (https://www.jetairways.com/insolvencyproceedings/), it is clearly mentioned that we need to contact the following:

    Scenario 1: tickets booked through a travel agent or online travel aggregator (E. G. Make my trip, yatra.com, etc.)
    Response: you are requested to claim your refund from your travel agent or travel aggregator as applicable.

    List_of_creditor_v3_dated_sept 6_2019: document of 709 page, which does not include any of the passenger's details from trip id:[protected]

    On oct 11, 2019, 6:21 pm (10 days ago), we had written to the ceo for resolution and to date, we never heard back from the company. Instead, the customer had to call the company multiple times and no resolution was provided. I am requesting you to please try to help the customer for their return money to be compensated/refunded (Dubai to mumbai) as the trip was never taken due to the airline's issue.

      Its been more than 4 mos and i havent recieve my refund amounting to 297 aeds. I have been communicating the issue with cleartrip but it seems they dont want to give my hard earned money back. I changed the mode of payment due to me leaving the country and they requested a new bank account to refund my money and both sides agreed to the new bank account. I gave them all the necessary information for the refund but every time i do the follow up they would ask me again the same information as if i did not answer it all previously, but still i send them the info again. And until october 3, 2019 they send me an email stating they refund the amount to the agreed bank account so i need to check it with my bank only to find out that there was no any transactions from their side. Again i send them emails and call them to follow up and they replied that they “refund” (If they really did which i doubt) it to the previous bank account which is already close 4 mos back. And again i send them multiple emails but they never replied. I paid 1000 aed on a one way ticket from dubai to manila and will only get back 297 aed but they cant even give back my own money! Please please solve this issue

        On 11th Oct. 2019, as given in Cleartrip order id[protected], I bought a Spicejet airline ticket PNR S6MKPY including 5 kg extra check-in baggage allowance (Spicejet charges 1900 INR for this) for a total of 7879 INR.

        But the money paid for the extra baggage was not passed on to Spicejet and Spicejet sent me a ticket with no extra baggage allowance and a receipt for 5764 INR. I confrimed with Spicejet customer service that they only received that smaller amount and then paid Spicejet directly for the extra baggage.

        That seemed my only option, since Cleartrip has been impossible to contact: their 'helpline' excludes human contact, their web contact form does not work in any of my browsers, they give no email and none of the other phone numbers given for them answer my calls.

        Therefore I now want a refund of the difference between the two amounts which is 2115 INR, or at least of the 1900 INR paid directly to Spicejet for the extra baggage.

        I feel that Cleartrip should be ashamed of themselves for being so hard to contact, and I wish they could be penalized for the inconvenience caused by their mistake.

          Hello Sir/Maam, today on 21st September morning i attempted to book 3 tickets for Chennai to Kolkata flight for 26th September. But, after payment processing the balance deducted from my account successfully but the ticket didn't confirmed and it was showing as timeout. The deducted amount didn't refunded though and any customer support member from the company didn't contact me to solve the issue. I couldn't contact them also. I'm really tensed to it. Kindly take some steps to refund it as soon as possible.

            I made a booking on october 19, 2019 from coimbatore to chennai using clear trip. While booking using internet banking via cleartrip as a guest, an amount of rs 4929 has been debited from our icici account (The transaction id is [protected]) but, the ticket is not generated as it showed some error.

            Kindly credit the amount to our bank account.

              I had booked ticket from pune to dubai, the changers where including infant paid online. Later i found infant ticket in not added.
              Customer care person asked to make a new booking for infant and the money will be refunded for the previous booking.
              I haven't received any refund yet.
              Kindly refund the ticket amount asap.

                I was wanting to book flight ticket for my family 2 adults and 2 kids for 01.01.2020 from udaipur to chennai for indigo flight at 1530 departure arriving chennai 2100hrs.. But same was reflected as incomplete since session had expired.. But later on after 2 hrs my account has been deducted with amount rs 25692 as an amout towards the fare charges..
                Kindly help me with details and call me back or message me...
                Trip id[protected] payment got deducted but i didnt get confirmation on booking.
                So i am unable to decide whether booking is accepted or cancelled..
                Also whether payment is accepted or not
                Please help

                  I m so frustrated with the agent chetan and as he promised a call back and never did so.. I m equally stressed being on hold for hours and unable to resolve the issue i had besides this i get a mail saying call up airlines as they cannot amend the details very inefficient staff.. I did not get a call. All i was asking to amend the name as per adhaar and i got stressed whole day long waiting on long hold

                    I was booking a ticket on 15/10/2019 at 10.35 pm for five passenger from Delhi to Dubai starting from 01/11/2019 to 08/11/2019.

                    1. The first message I got from cleartrip was that booking confirmed and will be sending you e-ticket shortly (message received at 10.35 pm on 15/10/2019)
                    2. The Second msg is “We will email you the ticket Delhi-Dubai return flight within next 5 hours.”(msg received at 10.40 on 15/10/2019)
                    3. The third message I got from IXIGO stating “Dhanander, sorry! Your New Delhi-Dubai booking is pending. You will be updated with the final status with in two hours.”(msg received at 11.04 on 15/10/2019)

                    I did not receive any information till 10.15 am on 16/10/2019 in the morning. After I tried to contact with clear trip on customer care ([protected]), I was told that the booking is not confirmed and we are refunding your money. It will take approx. 7 days to get it reflected in my account.

                    In the meantime I got my ticket booking from makemytrip at 11.05 am.

                    To my surprise I received a mail from cleartrip at 5.33 pm on 16/10/2019 stating that the ticket is confirmed.

                    From that time on wards I am trying to contact with clear trip to tell them the problem but nobody is listening. When I contacted Cleatrip the customer care (Ms Rewati) told me to sent the papers of the event and my problem will be resolved with 2 hours. This discussion was happened at about 10.30 hrs on 17/10/2019 and I sent all the papers at [protected]@cleartrip.com at 11.00 hrs. But alas no body has communicated me back any thing. Since then I written four mails but no response. I tried to go to customer care but it state now that my e-mail id is not a valid one.

                    Sir I am a Sr citizen and retired and I had put my hard earned money for this trip. Clear trip without my mistake is now started telling that the money cannot be refunded.

                    I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the justice by refunding my fare for the ticket booked from cleartrip. The trip id for this trip is [protected] and PNR is NLGTYU.

                      I have booked my ticket from Bangalore to Hyderabad two way from cleartrip website and the amount was around 18, 000 and my money was deducted from my account and all I got was a blank white screen after the otp for my card has been entered and I've received no mail or message about the booking

                        A online roundtrip ticket between chennai & coimbatore was booked yesterday (16.10.2019) for nov. 22 (Onward) and 30th november 2019 (Return).
                        Could not get trip id, no ticket issued and could not view in my profile also.

                        Kindly do the needful help in issuing the ticket or if not refund the amount.

                          I cancelled a ticket on the cleartrip website due to personal reasons. I have cancelled the ticket within 5 mins. I should be eligible for a full refund but they have tricked me saying that the airlines have cancelled my ticket.
                          Please refund my full amount of 7882 as i need to book my next ticket.

                          The agents say nothing can be done. When i have cancelled the ticket through cleartrip, i request you to completely refund my amount that has already been paid.

                            However an amount of rs 6, 707 has been debited from our account using debit card xx5548 at clear trip private limi on[protected], 12:48:22.
                            Transaction ref no.888453.

                            Kindly reverse this failed transaction and credit our bank account

                              My flight tickets from clear trip was cancelled and they didn't notified me until i call them to check the flight time on the same day, they told me to purchase a new tickets and will refund the amount within 7 days, now its 30 days and didn't received the refund amount for rs.54, 000. Now when i tried to call they and they are saying it will take 45 days from now. I believe this kind of company they should me shut down.

                                      Hello this is sonu ([protected]@gmail.com), i was booking my flights through cleartrip application and i made the complete payment using otp and the money got debited from my account (35, 142₹)
                                      And after sometime some sales lady called me saying mam the transaction has failed and the money hasn’t reached to us!! So i called the bank and they told me, that money has been transferred to the opposite party account.
                                      I don’t have any trip id or anything to contact these people, they r freely betraying many customers out there!! How should we even connect them!!

                                      After reading frauds n complaints all over the sites i got to know that many people are facing this issue.

                                      Cleartrip doesnt refund single rupee of anybody they just use ur valuable money and make you fool
                                      Please help please help!! In receiving back my refund, its hard earned money which i lose in just seconds!!

                                      I am gonna make cleartrip frauds viral on social media!!

                                        I used the clear trip app on13 oct 2019 to book a flight ticket from tvm to dubai and made the payment through google pay. The money was deducted from my account and still the booking has failed. Now i don't even have a way to contact clear trip as i do not have a trip i'd. I would like clear trip officials to look into this matter seriously as i have understood that this is not an isolated issue. Many others who used clear trip are also facing the same
