I booked flight from bangalore to delhi with return and thought of cancelling it for one person. Travel date is 25 october 2019 but still they are deducting full airline amount and returning just rs. Out of rs.10000 which is unreasonable.

Please return/refund the amount debited to purchase air ticket from clear trip.com. Ticket purchase didn’t go through no tickets were issued. Got email saying amount will be refunded and you haven’t refunded the money yet. It’s shocking you still haven’t refunded or reversed the payment as credit to my net banking account. Please note trip id[protected] for reservations done for sector silchar - mumbai on 10th october. Ticket was not processed but amount of rs. 10, 882/- was charged on my credit card

Enclosed please find credit card statement for amount charged on the card but refund not credited till date.

I have send several complaints to cleartrip customer care email and they dont respond back. When the first time my trip got cancelled from jetairways they send a mail and told the money will be refunded in 7 - 30 days.

The trip from trichy to bali was cancelled unfortunately due to some technical error in clear trip app. Within 5 mts of receiving cancellation message, i spoke with cleartrip assistant. They mentioned as within 24 hrs i will be notified which will make the user in frustration. Please provide some confirmation pop up window or any otp generation on clicking cancel button in cleartrip app. I really don't want to cancel the trip...

On 07 aug 2019 while i was booking a flight ticket for journey through indigo flight from hyderabad to kannur through clear trip.com, an amount of rs7532 has been deducted from my sbi account but ticket was not generated saying technical error.

I had booked ticket for indigo flight through cleartrip platform on 5th july, 2019. On first attempt i could not book ticket, but money got deducted from my sbi account. On second attempt i could book my ticket.

The two transactions nos. Are-
1) gagndotu6 for rs.28, 328.00

I booked flight tickets on cleartrip, choosing the flexify option while booking that would allow me to modify my itinerary at a later time with no additional charge.

Now, when i am trying to modify my itinerary, the website is broken and is erroring out when i try to select alternate dates to choose flights on.

Furthermore, there is no way to reach any cleartrip representative to clear this issue whether by phone...

We had bought 8 tickets for Alliance Air 9I 9624 for 30th july Diu to Mumbai from cleartrip online . The flight was cancelled by airline due to bad weather.
The airline has given certificate for full refund with all pnr endorsed .

Cleartrip owes me a refund of inr 20, 000+ due to flight cancellation and overpayment at the time of booking my airline tickets. I have been following up with their customer support for the last 3 weeks called them close to 6 times. So far no refund has been made to my credit card account and i do not get a clear answer from the customer support....

I cancelled my ticket after getting a confirmation from cleartrip sayin that I will get full refund for my ticket. Over multiple calls and emails this has been confirmed . Now they have stopped responding to my Emails and calls and is saying that I that it is zero refund .

Dear team,
I have purchased a ticket on cleartrip on march/2019 and canceld it as per rules and regulations, and up to date no refund issued to me as they keep on saying that no refund is issued from the airlines (Etihad) i have contacted the airlines and confirmed that cleartrip got the full refund.
