Today i tried booking flight via cleartrip mobile app, payment was processed for an amount of inr.5043 from icici bank but i haven't received the pnr number or trip id

Flight : spice jet
Travelling from chennai to kochi
Date of travel : 14/09/2019
Time of departure : 20:50

I am attaching the payment receipt from the bank

Kindly assist at the soonest for proceeding the booking or make the refund at the soonest. So that i can make fresh booking

    I have booked 3 qatar tickets to london through clear trip. I'm travelling there for my further studies which implies i will have a lot of things to carry from my home country.

    While booking the tickets the baggage allowance was 30 kgs and just 4 days before the travel when i'm already done with my packing, i receive an updated ticket with only 25 kgs allowance.

    Qatar has clearly said that it is cleartrip's fault since they booked the tickets on low promotion and have not updated the same. While we have paid full price for the tickets.

    This is a clear fraud by cleartrip. They are fooling their customers.

    Never use their website for bookings.

    as you know jet airways cancelled all trip and tickets. Also they cancelled my ticket and from my side I also cancelled. there was a message showing you well get your money within 5-7 days but still i didn't get.
    I want my money back.

      I booked Ethihad flight to London using Cleartrip on 26th June at 9:54AM after the payment, i see message transaction failed on Cleartrip page. Money go deducted from my credit card of amount 62487/-. As I didnt get any order /Trip ID, i created account with ClearTrip and checked the My trips, i didnt see any. I spoke to Creditcard Call center, they mentioned transaction might have failed and my amount will be returned in 5 working days and i can go ahead with booking ticket again.

      I booked ticket at 10:10AM on 26th June 2019 and same was confirmed by email at 10:12AM. Later I got confirmation of 1st ticket at 10:24AM. Now I have two tickets for same person on same traveling days.

      Called clear trip customer care to refund the amount for frist ticket and they admitted its duplicate ticket on first conversation with call center executive and said will arrange call back in 48hours after checking with airways.

      After 48 hours when i tried to reach them as i didn't call back, they mentioned its my mistake to book 2nd ticket and they sent first ticket order ID and it got late in delivered. I have submitted proof of the emails reached me to "[protected]@cleartrip.com" and they mentioned will arrange call back in 24 hours.

      After 24hours i received email id to allow more 24 hours. Mean while i spoke to Ethihad Airlines, they mentioned they didnt get any request from Cleartrip, if they get any request, they would add remarks against PNR/Ticket no.

      As I didnt get any call from Cleartrip after 48hours, when I call them, they say we are in process of checking with Airlines.

      I much worried about the process of cleartrip to cancel the duplicate ticket. Is there any escalation process to higher management for faster help and resolution ?

      In June ending Cleartrip cancelled ticket and stated will be getting money in 48hours. Later they sent email to allow 30 working days, now its more then 70 days. When ever i call customer care they keep on saying allow 48 hours as we didnt get any update from Airways.

        I booked my flight on 01.09.2019 from chennai - varanasi under flexifly whose trip id is[protected] & the pnr no. Is r9h9kp with spice jet flight sg-463. Then my plans changed and rescheduled the flight to 08.09.2019 whose trip id is[protected] with air india flight ai-595. The status of the refund is not known. Kindly arrange for the refund to my account no.

          I am still awaiting for my refund for my trip id[protected]. My ticket was cancelled by the airline for which i am entitled for full refund. I am awaiting my refund since more than 4 months now. This is really frustrating. I have lost my job and out of money. My refund is more than 50k.
          I really need my money back so that i can use it in my difficult time.

          And there is no concrete update fro cleartrip everytime i call them.

            I have tried to book train ticket from goa to mumbai on 28-08-19. Amount of rs. 529 has been debited but the ticket hasn't booked. I din't receive any email or message neither regarding the ticket details nor the refund. As the ticket hasn't booked, there is no trip id but when i call customer care the very first question is enter your trip id. So i couldn't talk to the customer care. I dint receive any reply for the complaint sent through email also. Such a poor customer service. Would like to know the status and refund asap

            Calling to the customer service is no use as at first they are asking for the trip id, but after successfully payment clear trip didn't issue the ticket or trip id. So how i can tell the trip id where the itinerary is not issued at all.
            I have booked airline ticket for 22nd March 2019. Due to death in my family I cancel the trip and submitted all the documents for processing refund against death claim.
            I waited for more than 6 months and I am yet to get my refund from cleartrip.

              I paid the amount while booking for round trip from bom to dxb,
              But got the error page while submitting the payment. Payment got deducted from credit card but flight was not booked.

              I tried one more time and it again deducted the amount but booking was fail.

                My son akhilvalatharadileep booked a ticket of indigo flight from mombai to cochin on 30th june 2019 through your website. But the flight was cancelled dew to the heavy rain at that time by the airport authority.

                  received message from cleartrip my money will be returned in 3-7 days, now already 2 weeks gone, still didn't get my money.

                  when i tried customer care it says ticket booking is unsuccesful due to payment not received.

                    On 22nd aug 2019, i had made 2nos transactions to cleartrip for hotel booking purpose. Both the times the amount was debited from my axis bank savings account but the hotel was neither booked nor i got any response from the cleartrip. I had already lodged a complain at axis bank upi department with complaint id [protected], registered on 26/08/2019.
                    I was expecting return of the amount within 7 working days, but its already more than that.
                    My transaction details are as per below:

                    1) transaction id: upi/p2m/[protected]/cleartrip/hdfc bank/cleartr
                    Amount transfered: rs 10375/-, dt 22/08/2019
                    2) transaction id: upi/p2m/[protected]/cleartrip/hdfc bank/cleartr
                    Amount transfered: rs 10500/-, dt 22/08/2019

                    Nb: no trip id was generated for above transactions.

                        Please return/refund the amount debited to purchase air ticket from clear trip.com. Ticket purchase didn’t go through no tickets were issued. Got email saying amount will be refunded and you haven’t refunded the money yet. It’s shocking you still haven’t refunded or reversed the payment as credit to my net banking account. No merchandise were purchased since you said payment failed transaction cancelled and expect a refund

                            I have booked return trip from kuwait / kozhikode sector and because of jet airways cancellation, i have not received the refund yet. My trip id :[protected]

                            I have send several complaints to cleartrip customer care email and they dont respond back. When the first time my trip got cancelled from jetairways they send a mail and told the money will be refunded in 7 - 30 days.

                            Please some one could provide any email id / phone number other than the customer care

                                Hi,
                                The trip from trichy to bali was cancelled unfortunately due to some technical error in clear trip app. Within 5 mts of receiving cancellation message, i spoke with cleartrip assistant. They mentioned as within 24 hrs i will be notified which will make the user in frustration. Please provide some confirmation pop up window or any otp generation on clicking cancel button in cleartrip app. I really don't want to cancel the trip but which was done some mistake by app or from my side. I want cleartrip to help regarding this and to reactive the ticket asap.

                                  On 07 aug 2019 while i was booking a flight ticket for journey through indigo flight from hyderabad to kannur through clear trip.com, an amount of rs7532 has been deducted from my sbi account but ticket was not generated saying technical error.

                                  However, amount has ben deducted from my account and my online sbi site shows the amount debit transaction reference as - [protected] gagtfau05 transfer to 4599 dated 07 aug 2019.
                                  Clear trip has neither provided any confirmed ticket to me nor amount has t been credited back to my account till date even after lapse of 22 days.
                                  Please get the amount of rs 7532 credited back to my bank account.

                                    Trip id:[protected] travel date 13 apr 2019 and 19 apr 2019.
                                    Pnr rpxudj and xfvqby jet airways flight 701 and 702 cancelled.
                                    Refund not yet processed, please process the refund.

                                    It is been 4 months now, and i am unable to reach them now.
                                    In cleartrip, thetrip id is missing. Not able to reach them.
                                    Nor able to reach jet airways.
                                    35000 is the amount of refund i am yet to get and there is no one to take my call from cleartrip nor jet airways.

                                      I had booked ticket for indigo flight through cleartrip platform on 5th july, 2019. On first attempt i could not book ticket, but money got deducted from my sbi account. On second attempt i could book my ticket.

                                      The two transactions nos. Are-
                                      1) gagndotu6 for rs.28, 328.00
                                      2) gagndsmm8 for rs.28, 628.00

                                      State bank of india has confirmed that the two transactions have been successful to the merchant (I. E. Cleartrip). The communication received from sbi is attached herewith for reference.

                                      In view of above, i would like to request you to kindly refund the money of one of the two transactions that failed to book ticket.
