Hi team,
I have booked a flight ticket on 17/7/2019 at 11.03 p. M. But i have not received any trip id and booking confirmation email from clear trip. Payment are done.
As suggested by support team, there are some technical issue on system. They also suggest that i will get the mail today. I have not received anything for the same.
I am requesting to you, please check and confirm that my booking is done or not.

    I was unlucky to book a train ticket on cleartrip website while irctc website was offline. Cleartrip website did not receive a callback from irctc website and my booking is stuck.

    I cannot reach cleartip support neither by phone nor by email.
    No confirmation email or refund have been issued.

      I booked tickets for arnk sector going from del-atq & back from ixc-del on 04apr2019 for 3 passengers. Later after few days i got to know that flight got cancelled due to strike. So immediately i called to jet airways & cleartrip as well, to process the refund, however they said that yes we are processing it now, but it’s now more than one and half month and i am following up on daily basis but not getting my refund or any solution.

      I tried couple of times cleartrip & jet airways numbers as well, but they both are in vain. Poor customer service and on the top of that agents are screaming on us, they we are not getting refund from jet airways, and jet airways agents are saying we already processed the refund.

      May i know whom should i complaint for that, or maybe i can apply a forum complaint in consumer court, because it’s a pretty long time that we are suffering from this.

        Hi,

        I tried to book a round trip flight from hyderabad to bengaluru, after payment was done it showed me an unsuccessful message and the money got deducted from my account. I tried calling on the number that was mentioned in the same dialogue, but that was not working, i tried another number mentioned by the automated voice. After calling twice on [protected], an automated voice asked me to enter trip id, by that time i had no email or message about trip id. This gave me an indication that booking has not been done. Out o[censored]rgency, i decided to book a ticket through another website, as the air ticket prices were also increasing.
        Later in the evening i receive an email about booking confirmation in one of the flight and called customer care to cancel and refund the amount. The customer care executive said that he can keep one of the tickets (That is still pending, not confirmed) on hold and i shall receive a complete refund. For the other ticket that has got confirmed only rs157 will be refunded if i will cancel from my end.

        I request you to kindly look at this issue and help with the money refund. This fault is not from my end, i came with an intention to book tickets. No user will wait for hours in case o[censored]rgency. I booked ticket from different website because for me the trip was important. Why should i face a loss of rs 6, 312. Please help me to get the refund.

          Payment was made from our side to book the following air india air ticket and we got confirmatory mails with pnr no as h27x6 from you with but booking wasn't made or either later cancelled. We had already reached airport and surprised to know by air india that you did not book ticket and we had to buy fresh tickets in emergency at higher rate for rs 20000. Our flight was at 3 o'clock and we came to know this about at 1: 45.
          In view of above we demand to refund us not only what we paid for the booking, but also difference in buying tickets at higher rates. This is a clear case of fraud and carelessness from your side. Please make up to it as soon as possible. Pl let us know why such concerns must not be taken up in consumer court. Such negligence case is not expected from amazon and its partners. Booking was done via amazon. Flight booking was done for 17th july 3 p. M. Delhi to indore by airlines air india.

            proper invoice not given for the charges collected

            Booking for air travel made through clear trip for the journey made between chennai & patna (Spicejet) on 23.06.19, base amount indicated in clear trip invoice is rs.7350/- whereas spice jet has indicated the same as rs.6750/-
            The total amount collected by clear trip is rs.8170/- whereas the total amount indicated by spicejet is rs.7429/*

            The invoice provided by clear trip doesnt contain their gst no. And the gst amount...

            I have tried to book flight ticket from bangalore to pune (Round trip) on 17-07-19. Amount of rs. 4447 has been debited but the ticket hasn't booked. I din't receive any email or message neither regarding the ticket details nor the refund. As the ticket hasn't booked, there is no trip id but when i call customer care the very first question is enter your trip id. So i couldn't talk to the customer care. I dint receive any reply for the complaint sent through email also. Such a poor customer service. Would like to know the status and refund asap

              I book flight tickets from cleartrip for jet airways under id:[protected]
              Now i am asking them for refund from april 2019 till date but only they giving me month later dates. Its almost 4 month now and they only giving dates. My concern with them is that i buy flight ticket from their portal regardless of airline official website then they should refund my money. Why i need to wait when airline will refund them. As i am paying to cleartrip not to airline directly but they put themself on safe position and putting all burden on customers which shows irresponsibility.
              Anyhow all i want is cleartrip should refund my money or give my money in there wallet so i book something else.
              Very disappointing!

                Sub: cleartrip - booked hotels - unable to stayed - refund initiation - no responsible from cleartrip side - request-reg.

                Ref: transcation no - vt 191720073001920000006 : rs. 9500/- & vt 191720073001900000079 : rs. 17500/-

                According to above cash transcation we booked the suits & some rooms for an week period @ hotel dhanalakahmi srinivasan, perambalur, tamilnadu within near our native place on last 19/06/2019 as total amount of rs. 27000/- (Rs. 9500 + rs. 17500) in the name of mr. Senkaran, mail i'd : microstar.[protected]@gmail.com.

                Whenever come for stay on 18/06/2019 unfortunately we met an our cab accident & hospitalized. Hence we unable to check in that rooms as well as unable to inform this incident to the hotel persons. Meantime above whole booking periods nobody were call/confirm from the both side of dhanalakshmi hotel management & as well as m/s cleartrip management too..

                Even though this booking also not shown my cleartrip trip id still clearly.
                Afterwads only we proceeds our bankers credit card section & collect these cash transcation numbers..

                We try to you in last more than ten days wide your customercare numbers [protected], [protected], but nobody respond clearly and as well as easily diverted our call somebody, hene we have not get any support from your side.

                By the end of dhanalakshmi srinivasan hotel management as confirmed nobody stayed that ur booking period & informed (Mr. Prabu, front office) as we are unaable to refund you & the actual online payment having only cleartrip management & they only able to refund the same.

                If any privacy policy can be reason for delay in refund, we request to you kindly sanctioned the refund in special case for our side (We unfortunately met the accident & same moment the all suits & rooms were not occupied in entire period by us)., so that kindly transferred the total amount of rs. 27000/- in immediate basis without the further delay.

                  This email is to bring to your notice a cyber-fraud that has happened to me with my cleartrip account.

                  I have already logged the complaint of this incident with your customer care services, on the same day it happened. Since there is no resolution or response from cleartrip on this i am sending this email.

                  I have been using cleartrip.com for a very long time for my travel bookings. Few days ago, someone hacked into my account, cancelled my upcoming reservations and stole the refund amount credited into my cleartrip wallet and which is not even available in my wallet. Detailing the sequence of events here.

                  3.9th july 2019 2:38 pm ist – received a sms message from cleartrip

                  A. Regarding cancellation of my trip[protected]

                  B. Time: 2:38 pm ist

                  C. Sender vm-clrtrp

                  D. Email from cleartrip regarding cancellation

                  4.9th july 2019 2:40 pm ist –

                  A. Received a message from indigo confirming cancellation of pnr mkktra

                  B. Asking me to contact to my booking agent for any refund amount

                  5.9th july 2019

                  A. Received an sms message from cleartrip regarding processing of refund of inr 1616 has been processed and it is available in my wallet

                  B. Received an email too from cleartrip confirming refund

                  6.9thjuly 2019 – tried logging into my cleartrip account multiple times but could not it complaining of some technical glitch

                  7.9th july 2019 – clicked on forgot password link and got a message no account exists with email id [protected]@gmail.com

                  8.9th july 2019 – 7:09 pm ist called up cleartrip customer care ([protected])

                  A. Spoke to customer service agent for about 36 minutes

                  B. Spoke with a supervisor named shazia mohemmad and explained the entire situation

                  C. Upon looking into the details i was told trip was cancelled using an email id [protected]@simpleemail.com

                  D. I was told that they will investigate at their end and get back to me after 48 hours

                  E. They also confirmed there is no way email id can be changed in the account

                  F. There has been no response from cleartrip so far on this

                  9.11th july 2019, received notification from cleartrip regarding expiry of my password and i need to change it

                  A. I changed the password could log in to my account

                  B. My entire trip history can be seen but there is no money in my cl wallet – not even the one which cl claimed has been refunded

                  C. It does not show any other ticket that got booked either

                  10. I did not receive any notification from air india about any kind of cancellation of tickets for my upcoming journey.

                  11. It seems whoever hacked into my account, changed the password and then the email (User_id) of the account and then cancelled my tickets and stole the refund amount from my cleartrip wallet (Not sure how).

                  12. On 11-july-2019, i received a notification that my password on cleartrip account has expired and i need to reset the password. I was able to reset my password and login using my userid [protected]@gmail.com.

                  13. My wallet has no balance leftover in it.

                  14. My cancelled reservations show up in the account.

                  I received a call from one of your customer services agent ram on friday at 5 pm asking for more time for investigation and a resolution in my favour before my upcoming trip.

                  So i lost my entire money that i paid to book for my return trip for del-hyd. I never initiated any cancellation, it is clearly an accountability of cleartrip to maintain security of their customer information and account.

                  Cleartrip should be able to let me know how and where the refund money was used. Since that much traceability should be there in your systems

                  I need your help in tracking how this was done and who did it and get a full refund on my ticket. I am sure you can track the ip addresses of where this user hacked into my account from, how and where they transferred my wallet balance to and that would also lead to the person who did this.

                  I have all the emails, text and call history with me, i can share the same if you want me to. Please let me know when how would you resolve this situation.

                  I hope i do not need to resort to legal intervention to get this addressed by cleartrip

                      I booked a hotel named “silverine” in shimla for 4 nights. When we booked it we got the confirmation then and there. After 24 hours of confirmation we got a call from cleartrip saying the our booking has been cancelled due to rate fluctuations which is not acceptable and against the cleartrip policy. I hope you will take action asap.

                        03/07/2019 को मैंने जयपुर से देहरादून की राउंड ट्रिप की टिकट cleartrip Pvt LTD से की थी।
                        जब पेमेंट कर रहा था तो फैल हो गया।
                        Cleartrip के कस्टमर सर्विस से फोन आया जिसने 1 मेल भेजा जिसमें पेमेंट करने का लिंक था। मैंने उस लिंक पर 31810 रुपए ऑनलाइन पे कर दिए।
                        उसके बाद उनका कॉल आया कि टिकट के प्राइस बढ़ गए हैं और मेरी टिकट बुक नहीं हो सकती और मेरे पैसे 5-7 दिन में रिफंड हो जाएंगे।
                        लेकिन आज दिनांक 15/07/2019 हो गई है और अभी तक refund नहीं आया है।
                        मै बहुत परेशान हू।

                          The trip was canceled on 7 February 2019 .

                            Money debited from bank account, but NO Tickets/ Confirmation Emails/ Texts.
                            Customer Care/Support portal useless without a Trip ID.
                            How are Customers with failed transactions, without a Trip ID supposed to reach you ?
                            This is clear malpractice to take over customer's money. Demand immediate attention and resolution to this matter.

                                I tried to book a flight from muscat to ahmedabad on 10 july 2019. Later on the app showed "TRANSACTION FAILED" for the booking and didn't issue any tickets. But the money was deducted from my account. As i am not in india, i can't even call them from my registered mobile no. Of india. Trip id is[protected]. They app is not having any other option to contact with customer care. What to do now?

                                  Hi I had booked 2 tickets from Delhi to Hyderabad on 24th June, 2019. However while booking the payment site got stuck. My money was deducted from my account but the ticket was not booked. I got a call from their end who expressed the incident happened and said my money would be refunded in 2-3 business days. After repeated calling and mails and even after submitting the bank statement as a proof they say that it is not their issue and they are not refunding my money back. This is sickening. They had claimed earlier of the money deducted (the exact amount) and later denied. Such a pathetic service. I am tired calling everyday but they just keep stalling the matter. I am clearly suggesting every one never to book any tickets from this website. Very poor customer service.

                                    I was trying to book 3 air tickets from dharamshala to delhi, i tried twice and both the times my money was debited from the account but tickets were not issued. I contacted customer care and they said that they have not received the money and you have to wait for 3 to 4 hours.
                                    Finally, i booked my tickets through other portal as i need to travel urgently tomorrow to delhi and cannot wait for your processes to break done.
                                    This is a mere harassment for a customer that even after paying rs. 41439/- i got no tickets. You should make some improvements on your payment portal.
                                    Please arrange to refund my money for the two transactions made rs.18348/- at 21:14hr on 10th jul and rs.23091/- at 11:32hrs on 11th jul.
                                    ClearTrip customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      I tried booking a two-way flight by the name of romit srivastava on july 10, 2019 from delhi to guwahati and an amount of rs 8571 was deducted from my bank account but no booking was done, so did not get any trip id and no flight was booked. The bill number for amount transferred to cleartrip is[protected]. The cleartrip merchant reference number that i received is ccagg2jsb121 and transaction reference number is [protected]. I tried calling the cleartrip but as i did not receive any trip id, this effort was futile. There is no support mail either where i can drop the mail. Please refund my amount asap. Hoping for a quick revert.

                                      Dear sir i kamlesh I had a book ticket but it gets cancelled due to some technical issues but my money I deducted from my bank but I had not yet received my money back done on[protected] please do the need full asap regards kamlesh so sir I request you to please provide me my refund amount 5302 as soon as possible
