Kindly refer to my case id 05951224. I had requested customer care of cleartrip today afternoon through email from mail id: [protected]@bhel.in for change of title of passenger (From 'mr' to 'mrs' who has to travel from coimbatore to hyderabad by air india on 22 may 2018. I got a prompt reply email stating the above mentioned case id for my request. But so far, i have not received the intimation regarding the change. Nor have i received any ticket with changed title. The passenger is a lady of 81 years age.
When contacted air india, they say that the change can be done through cleartrip as teh ticket is booked through cleartrip. My copy of ticket, which i received through email soon after booking mentions only flightxp and not cleartrip. When i call cleartrip on their only customer care phone number [protected], i am asked to type the trip id. When i type the trip id as per the ticket received by me, they say it is an incorrect trip id. Kindly help me as i am clueless as to what can be done by me to get this simple title change.

Name of the passenger whose title has to be changed to mrs : namagiri chandrasekaran

Date of journey: 22 may 2018
Flight details: ai-539 from cjb to maa and connecting flight ai-987 from maa to hyd
I request title change for namagiri chandrasekaran as above and intimate me through my email id: [protected]@bhel.in and sms on my mobile number [protected]
