Cleartrip — Cleartrip has not refunded for the cancelled flight ticket

I booked a flight ticket for chennai to mumbai on 11 th july 2021 on cleartrip through ICICI credit card app and i cancelled the ticket through indigo airline as i could not identify the trip id in my ticket and my confirmation mail, I checked with indigo airlines they said that they have refunded for the cancelled ticket to the travel partner, for the past 25 days cleartrip are keeping the money and not returned back.
Please return the money for the cancelled flight tickets as early as possible
