Cleartrip — cleartrip not correcting name on ticket and asking for cancellation without refund

Hi,

I booked my ticket via cleartrip from malaysian airlines from new delhi to adelaide. There was mistake in 2nd passenger name and on reaching out to malaysian airlines they confirmed that name can be corrected within 48 hours of booking, but cleartrip has to reach out to them.

Cleartrip lingered on my request for many days and then came back with a reply that correction cannot be made. On asking for proof of their conversation with malaysian airlines, they have not been able to provide any concrete proof, but just a screenshot of an email, which does not show on what date and day this mail was sent.

Now cleartrip is asking me to cancel the booking with 0 refund. The booking cost me almost 1 lakh rupees.
