Sir, i mr nalini kanta dash have booked 2 no flight tickets on 06.02.2020 through your portal, one from coimbatore to chennai and other from chennai to coimbatore having pnr ejw49t and rdt78y. But in the pnr rdt78y i have wrongly selected coimbatore airport as depature terminal instead of selecting chennai airport as departure point because i have to return from chennai and proceeds towards coimbatore. Than i contact your customer care and they replied that you again booked a tfromicket chennai to coimbatore and yhe earlier amount will be refunded in your account. Again i have booked a ticket having pnr llti3n and cancelled my earlier pnr rtd78y. I have also lodged complaint in indigo they mailed me that they have refunded rs 732/- on 06.02.2020 and rs 2850/- on 07.02.2020 in the agency account.     The time cancellation your team told me that only 93/- sar, will be deduct from you and rest amount will refund back to your account and i received only 223/- sar, after i called on cleartrip they said rest amount will be refund you.     STILL THERE IS NO ANY RESPONSE FROM CLEARTRIP.
    Cleartrip cancel the flight ticket themselves and they said they will refund my money back into my credit card immediately which they didn't do, i went to the bank they told me my money is still held by cleartrip, they have no right to hold my money, i want my money refunded back into my credit card, why are they holding my money ?

      Hi, i canceled my return flight from hyd to del on 14th jan (Booked from cleartrip) and is eligible to full refund with trip id[protected]. Even after so many follow-ups with their team, i haven't received any refund yet.
      They always make an excuse that the payment is pending with the airlines side but the airline has already clarified them keeping me in the loop on a conference call that the payment had already released from there side on 14th jan itself.
      I even reported this issue on their twitter handle but again of no use.

        Please note that i booked ONE flight ticket on 08.02., 20 and the details are as below:

        c) Date of journey: 20.02.2020

        e) Amount deducted: Rs.3115/-

        Grievance:
        1) I have booked the ticket with the above details, when clicked for taking printout of the ticket, could not get the same.
        2) Even, verified my e-mail ID for finding Transaction ID.
        3) Surprisingly, there was no mail confirmation on the booking,
        4) Attached Bank transaction document related to the deduction of Rs.3115/- from my account.

        Attached Bank transaction statement and e-mail correspondence.

        Request for returning the money (Rs.3115/-) immediately.

        Friends, Received a call from Clertrip Helpdesk (9758687698) yesterday at around 13.15 hours. Explained the gentleman about the issue. He assured me that the refund will take place very shortly. The issue is resolved today (14.02.2020) and received Rs.3115/- Good to see that the issue is resolved within a week since i lodged the complaint. My special thanks to Indian Consumer Complaints Forum for flagginf the complaint and the follow-up made with Cleartrip. I also thank Cleartrip for their quick response in resolving the matter amicably. No doubt, it is a lesson for me with the Cleartrip establishment. Regards, M R K Sastry

        (01) Today, 11th Feb 2020, i received a call from [protected] at 18.19 hours, introduced himself as Mr. Dinesh from Cleartrip.
        I have informed him about the flight booking made on 08th Feb 20, neither e-mail nor ticket details received.
        (02) Without listening to the complaint matter raised by me, the so called representative of Cleartrip, Mr. Dinesh immediately asked me to share the Debit / Credit Card details. I got suspicion on his tone and the way he discussed the matter, and told him that i have used net banking transaction only.
        (03) Mr. Dinesh disconnected the line, i dialed his number for about 10 times, he did not take my calls.
        (04) After giving a gap of about one hour, i dialed his number ([protected]) at 19.43 hours, I asked him about disconnecting the previous call, without giving response, he immediately disconnected the call again.
        (05) I have recorded voice of Mr. Dinesh and all the calls re registered and recorded...

        (06) Now, I have a doubt about the sanctity / genuinity of Mr. Dinesh (Cleartrip) and this website also.

        (07) With the available evidences, I don't hesitate to lodge police complaint in Hyderabad as i myself is a Lawyer and know the procedures. !!!. Will also take-up the matter to any extent.

          Respected authorities,

          I am really disheartened by the service i have received. I am complaining with reference to the trip id [protected].
          The airline has cancelled the fright from their end and have processed the refund. However the refund is still stuck at your end as i now strongly believe that i should not have booked it from clear trip. I had a conversation with multiple customer care employees, where in the last agent from your team after 1hr 30 min of conversation confirmed that the refund will be processed in 5 working days. Which now is the 8th day. The reference which he provided me was 10637147, unsure if this is a valid reference. I am trying to contact clear trip customer care and i am not able to get through to anyone since morning, hence raising this complaint. I need this matter to be looked into with highest priority and i need a call back from the concerned authorities asap.

            I booked my ticket via cleartrip from malaysian airlines from new delhi to adelaide. There was mistake in 2nd passenger name and on reaching out to malaysian airlines they confirmed that name can be corrected within 48 hours of booking, but cleartrip has to reach out to them.

            Cleartrip lingered on my request for many days and then came back with a reply that correction cannot be made. On asking for proof...

            My wallet money is deducted without proper reason.
            After my trip i'd booking[protected], from. Ixe to dxb, i got 130 wallet money and expiration date is 9dec, but before expiry aed 20 deducted and i can't use it for new booking trip i'd[protected]. So i can't use the full amount for new booking. At the same time for new booking i got aed50, but one week after again aed20 deducted without any reason, so please provide the deducted amount to my account or my credit card or to my wallet (Aed 20+20=40)

                  Yesterday i was trying to book tickets from hyderabad to chennai via cleartrip. I selected the flight spicejet which departs from hyderabad at 5.45 am on 14/02/2020. I applied my two gift vouchers which i got from sbi and proceeded with the payment.                   Why these extrachrges and why it was not reflected earlier while deciding booking the ticket?

                      On[protected], i tried to book air-ticket from kozhikode to mumbai for travel on[protected]. The payment was made through sbi netbanking, but i received a message from you stating 'oops! We have not received your payment!' at the same time, sbi sent to me a message stating that the transaction is complete vide ref#igahwvihg7. Subsequently, i received two sms from you propmpting me to make payment without further delay. I tried to contact you through [protected], but unsuccessfully. From your online faq, i noticed that "if ticket booking is not confirmed, you need not sweat much as the amount will be reverted within 7 days." i waited for some time and on the next day i. E.[protected], i got the ticket booked through my relative (Through other agencies) as i had to travel. I did not receive any message from you. I made a complaint with sbi and yesterday they informed me that the transaction was successful on[protected] vide no.[protected] and advised me to contact the merchant.. Pl arrange to refund the amount of rs 5071 debited from my account on[protected]. Their contact numbers and online query demands trip id which is not there. Sent two mails on 22nd and 24th january, 2020. There is no response. Pl help.

                          I have made a booking for travel from vadodara to lucknow. The status showing in the booking is confirmed and payment also confirmed by they are saying that booking not confirmed. I made the payment form voucher and credit card. They said that it will be refunded minimum 24 hours maximum 48 hours. After 4 days my amount has not been refunded. And also i have paid an amount of rs.5189/- 2000 from voucher and 3189 from credit card. The total amount is showing in the bill is rs.4600/- only.

                            Never book tickets with cleartrip. Such fraudsters.
                            After i entered all details, they slowly increased price every few minutes.
                            The ultimate shock was after clicking on make payment (Last step), i was expecting booking confirmation, instead a popup window opens saying fares have increased by 3000! Now just two options start all over again or continue. They dont even show final price. I got cheated because i ended up paying much more for tickets. Dont ever use this website.

                              I had two flight bookings for family (Sane flight outward from abu dhabi tolondon in july 2019). Used cleartrip to book ba trip. About 3 days before the trip cleartrip messaged me to say flights cancelled by airline with no alternative offered. I therefore had to rebook using etihad directly at short notice and much increased cost. Requested cleartrip to process full refunds as cancellation not my fault. Took ages but one trip refunded in full - the other trip had a refund less aed1020 (Deduction described as an airline fee). Clearly not logical as ba cancelled the flight. Went backwards and forwards every couple weeks with cleartrip who ensured me they were taking it up with ba. After chasing many times i was advised that ba refused the fee refund and nothing they could do (Clearly an issue between cleartrip and ba as the other trip refund was fine). Ba wong deal with me directly as the trip was made with cleartrip but did confirm they don’t charge fees if they cancel the flight! I can only assume cleartrip are sat on these monies but they won’t respond now

                                Booked the ticket on 19th jan 2020 and paid amount through net banking but didnt receive the trip itinery, while printing the itinery as pdf my laptop power off. Trying to reach mumbai no and toll free no, both were not in use, tried another no but without cleartrip id i can not proceed the call. I called srilanken airways and got the booking ref and eticket no.

                                I would like to change the date but i couldnt reah, had sent two mails to supportservices, no response, seems its a fraud organisation and there is no transparency, better we need to kick out all foreign companies in india.

                                  I booked tickets for 2 adults, chennai - new delhi for both my daughter pravara jagannath and self rohini jagannath. Start date nov 6. Return date nov 14.

                                  All of a sudden my daughter got selected for some work and hence we wanted to cancel her tickets and we understood that we would get nil return and that as we had booked in flexifly option we had the option of # the dates and hence your cleartripper assistant guided me to book another to and fro ticket for the same sector and was kind to confirm that i can choose any other airline and confirm, once that is done, they would cancel the current booking. So the new tickets for my daughter pravara jagannath had been booked for dec 21 - chennai to new delhi and return on 2 jan. I shared the trip id and i received a confirmation that they would refund? 3000 per sector and hence i would receive total? 6000.

                                  Self rohini jagannath wanted to exercise this option of flexifly and shifted my return ticket from nov 14 to nov 18. Again booked a one way ticket and the cleartripper assistant cancelled my 14 nov ticket. They confirmed a refund of? 3200/- for this one sector.

                                  The biggest shock was when i reached the airport on nov 6, i found that the cleartripper assistant has wrongly cancelled my ticket for the onward journey and my daughter name was there in the list for the journey.
                                  I immediately called the cleartripper agent and they said name change is not possible, they would check for the call notes i need to only buy a ticket and cleartrip would refund the ticket in full if it is your fault.

                                  I have done all the transactions of this ticket only with the help of your cleartripper agents as you can see the flow.

                                  My new ticket costed me ₹6375/-. For no fault of mine, i was put through this mental turmoil and had to rush and pay this amount at the vistara counter and leave in the flight. Such an unpleasant experience.

                                    It happened to book a hotel room at ‘The River Retreat Heritage Ayurvedic Resort’, Thrissur, Kerala, India through CLEARTRIP on 12.12.2019 by paying the prescribed amount to attend an official meeting to be held on that Hotel on 11.01.2020 and 12.01.2020. I have received the confirmation receipt as well. As the occupants were ladies, I have made a call on 04.01.2020 to the hotel just to confirm the stay. But to my utter shock and surprise, I have been intimated from the hotel that no rooms were booked in my name. Thereafter I contacted the customer care executive of CLEARTRIP and at that time they have informed that room was not available..!!
                                    From 12.12.2019 till 04.01.2020 until my call nobody has intimated me about the non-availability of the desired services. Finally on 09.01.2020 I got an e-mail from [protected]@cleartrip.com stating that CLEARTRIP was unable to confirm the booking and provided some alternative stay which were not suitable for me. This intimation was with an inordinate and unexplained delay of about 29 days..!! I have replied in detail by saying that those were not suitable for me and suggested a hotel. But as nothing heard from their side, I have booked room by myself by bearing additional cost and expenses besides hectic mental pressure since the same was for two women. The Hotel which we booked 32 KMs away from the place of my official meeting. Had the customers reached the hotel in odd time without checking the room booked, they would have really trapped.
                                    Till date CLEARTRIP has not refunded the amount collected nor resolved my genuine concerns which occurred purely due to the mistakes from their side and protracting the same on one pretext or another by indulging in cheap and poor tactics which are purely against the values and ethics that ought to have been kept by a firm like CLEARTRIP. I have sent e-mails to various officials of CLEARTRIP, but nobody has replied nor settled the issue.
                                    ClearTrip customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    I had booked a flight ticket the payment deducted but ticket not booked & not refunded
