Cleartrip — cleartrip please refund my money as soon as possible | |||||
Dear sir / madam, This is bring to your kind notice that i shagolsem silani devi booked the ticket of indigo for soibam shanti from kolkata to imphal dated 31/10/2018, time13:43. After booking suddenly my internet connection went down and i lost the contact. But i got a massage from my sbi bank that rs 2561/- has been deducted from my account towards cleartrip pvt ltd. But surprisingly i didn't get any ticket or any refund. The amount was deducted on pos 99010027 at cleartrip pvt ltd txn#[protected]. I tried several times over phone no - [protected] but they are asking for a cleartrip id which i donot have. So i could not complain for the above mentioned problem. Plz do the needful as soon as possible. I have also attached the screenshot of my bank statement with this mail. Thanking you, Yours faithfully.
