Cleartrip — Delay in Refunding Cancellation Amount | |||
Dear Sir, I have booked INDIGO Flight Ticket bearing PNR ZFIPQB through Clear My Trip on 13th September, 2021 for travelling from Cochin to Mumbai on 17th September, 2021 at 6.30 a.m. However the said flight ticket was cancelled at INDIGO's end on account of operational reasons and assured full refund of the ticket amount i.e. Rs.6, 134/- On my subsequent enquiry with INDIGO, they have informed me that the refund is already processed and the said amount is lying with booking agent i.e. Clear My Trip and asked me to contact Clear My Trip. Am attaching herewith the refund information provided by INDIGO Hence I am writing you to kindly transfer the aforesaid refund amount to my account at the earliest. .
